  • @superlapbattle put on a heck of show here at COTA, fast laps were had, and the locals’ support was wild. Thank you to all the fans who came out 🙌🏽Can’t wait for 2020, hopefully with some better luck and a cooperative car haha, for now the @elementtuning STi is off to Maryland to get what we suspect to be harness issues sorted out before the next race. Onwards and upwards! 🏁

I was inspired by “Le Ballon Rouge” (aka “The Red Balloon”), an award-winning short film by Albert Lamorisse from the 1950s. The film is about the adventures of a boy who befriends a seemingly sentient balloon and follows it through the streets of Paris. I was also inspired by @banksy ’s “Girl With Balloon”. ♥️

  • Dreams always seem unrealistic, that is, until they actually come true.
I’m a dreamer - the kind of dreamer that annoys people because of the “absurdity” of her dreams. I’ve been hearing for almost three decades that I need to get my head out of the clouds and back to earth. I couldn’t if I wanted to. Where others see weakness, I see strength. Dreams help me cope with the present, whatever may be ensuing. Dreams are my motivation to keep going when the world around tries to me beat down. There’s beauty in believing in dreams, as they can brighten even the most routine day.

  • What would the month of love be without a little date talk? There’s no better way to describe Alex Williamson than kind. The Chief Brand Officer at Bumble has had more than her fair share of #hurdlemoments. From dealing with her mother’s breast cancer diagnosis to finding out she had fibromyalgia in her early 20s, these challenges have help shape her into the woman she is today. Williamson even tells me about a recent divorce that drove her to try a digital detox that forever changed her for the better. In episode 43, she shares what it’s like being at the helm of a tech company which now boasts more than 50 million users in over 150 countries. We get super vulnerable, talking about powering through persistent pain, the power of positive thinking, and that sometimes—it’s OK to go looking for a “quick swipe.” #hurdlemoment
