by some miracle i survived my 33 hour flight home from bali and safely made it to the hospital in boston. after getting sick in bali last week i stopped being able to eat and have barely ate anything in 2 weeks. i lost 20 pounds which is really not good especially for someone with CF. i am very weak and dizzy. my eyes are really puffy from crying a lot (just cuz im a baby about needles and hospitals lol). they’re giving me IV fluids and antibiotics while trying to figure out what’s causing all this. not sure how long i’ll be here but i’ll keep updating on my story for anyone interested. thanks for all the love and support. everything will be ok soon 🙏🏼

Not trying to be alarmist but definitely focus with this one - it's a great exercise for challenging stability of the shoulder through different ranges and an AMAZING mobility exercise for the thoracic spine. .
Basically, it's a magical unicorn exercise for shoulder health if you're ready for it 🦄🌈 .
