  • И так , пришла в зал и уже устала . Люди смотрят на тебя как на говно , типа чего притащилась и не начинает , а стоит и тупит 🤷🏽‍♀️. Потом ,приходит какое то там по счету дыхание , включается весёленькая музыка  в наушниках и вот уже последнее упражнение и снова пешком на остановку . Идёшь пешком на лице горячий утюг , сил нет моргать , вздыхать и вообще хочется сразу в автобус , там кондер свеже . Но , нет ! Ты приходишь к остановке, а автобус только что уехал . Сидишь на жаре ждёшь . Доехала домой ,заходишь в квартиру , свежо , чисто , красиво ,стою первые 5 минут туплю , потому что все кипит , мозг , глаза и бцаа в воде, которую ты выпила во время тренировки . Душ. Потом стирка , приготовление обеда и одновременно и ужина , так чтобы потом уже просто не двигаться вечером ( девочки могут разогреть если надо ) . И да , остаётся ещё время на то ,чтобы спуститься к бассейну , поджарить то что не дожарилось по дороге домой 🤯. Заходишь в воду как на сковороду налили холодную воду , эффект тот же 🥵. Долго конечно сидеть в воде невозможно . Дожарила тельце и пошла собираться в школу за девочками ( 700-1000 метров в одну сторону напомню ) . Продолжение следует …

  • Let's talk about calories (it ties into this picture I promise, just bare with me lol) .

I choose to track my calories/macros daily and have been doing so for a long time. By doing this, I have gained so much knowledge and awareness of whats in the food I eat, so much so that even at times like this when I'm on a holiday and out of my usual routine, I can still manage my caloric intake even though I'm not tracking daily. .

I'm currently on maintainance calories which is around 2000 for me, and now after tracking for so long I can look at a meal I'm eating and roughly calculate the calories that's in it. If I eat a breakfast higher in calories, I simply have a lighter lunch and save the rest of my calories for dinner and a couple of cocktails 😊😈 .

I have 2000 calories in my bankroll and it's up to me where I choose to spend them. .

Tracking calories is a tool that enables you to have complete flexibility in the food you're eating and teaches you how to still enjoy the foods you love and stay on track of your fitness goals, because of this long-term adhearance is extreemly high. As we know adhearance is the MOST IMPORTANT THING when it comes to seeing progress. .

So how do you learn how to do this? The easiest way, download myfitnesspal free from the app store. Track EVERYTHING you eat and drink every day for 2 weeks. Weigh yourself every day or at lease 3 x per week. If your average weight for week 1 and 2 is the same, amazing!!! you have now figured out what you maintenance calories are (the cals your body need to stay the exact same weight) if your goal is weight gain SLIGHTLY increase from your maintainance calories. This is called a caloric surplus. If your goal is weight loss then Slightly lower your caloric intake from your maintenance cals. This is called a caloric deficit. .

If you're just learning how to track your food, don't worry about your carb, protein and fat ratios just yet focus on soley on your calories and get comfortable doing this first. One step at a time my friends💕

  • 8 months ago I made a commitment to losing weight and gaining muscle in order to be a happier more better version of myself mentally and physically. Safe to say im happy with the results so far but this is only the start of my journey in my gym lifestyle. So watch this space peace ✌🏼 P.s the pic on the left I was 109.8kgs pic on the right I'm 87.3kgs

Quick side note - tonight Zac and I had an awesome dude come up and chat to us after following what we do on social media. There is truly no better feeling than knowing that what you do helps to inspire and motivate other individuals to be the best that they can and to inspire those around them. 
I’m so grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given, and nothing excites me more than knowing this is just the beginning 🌟

  • When you’re no good at taking photos 😂😂 In all honesty - this is actually how I’ve been sleeping lately - on my feet 🦶 There is just not enough hours in the day! 🤪 I LOVE everything I’m doing in my life right now - apart from not getting enough shut eye 👁 always working on that #balance Always try to remember - sleep is crucial! For EVERYTHING!! Health- physically, mentally, recovery, learning, coping, growing & yes even weight loss. It really ‘should’ be a priority in your life😴 Really trying to make a better sleep 😴 pattern for myself atm - which is SOOOOO hard 😫 because I’m up at 4 working till 5:30/6 & some times 7pm, n then coming home & following up on everything else (paperwork, programs etc) usually until 10 & finally crawling into bed 😅 - this is not greattttt 🤪 but atm - it’s my life - so instead of stressing over - I’m trying to focus on what I can control 🤔
I’ll put my phone 📞 n computer away ~25/30mins before I crawl into bed & do any meal prep, or bag packing for the morning to decrease screen time n let my brain 🧠 begin to switch off.
I turn all the bright bright lights down n keep dim lamps on to create more relaxing 😌 vibes & start to slow my movements down.
When I’m cleaning my teeth 🦷 I’m breathing deep into my belly to slow my heart rate & signal rest & digest after dinner (a full belly also helps this). And most importantly I start to think 🤔 & tell myself I’m going to have a good, solid, quality sleep 💤 and talking myself into a goodnights sleep 😴. Most nights this routine works pretty well for me 🤗 what do you do? #goodnight #sleep #zzzzzz
