Happy Sunday! Made these bad boys from scratch for brunch today and WOAH - they turned out being some of the most fluffiest and delicious pancakes!

Happy Thursday! One of the things I missed while on Whole30 was breakfast tacos and this one was definitely worth the wait!

Happy Wednesday! Eating out on Whole30 was one of the most challenging things, everything I’d like to have wasn’t Whole30 approved - but I stayed the course!
Today, now that Whole30 is over I could finally bite into a piece of sourdough and drink an almond milk latte while working from a coffee shop - it was everything I could hope for and more!

Happy Tuesday! Celebrating my final day of Whole30 with this super delicious #whole30approved spicy mock-arita! #waterloosparklingpartner
I used grapefruit @waterloosparkling, muddled jalepenos, fresh squeezed lime juice and grapefruit juice
