So I’ve been getting a lot of messages recently asking “Do I still have loose skin?”...Absolutely I have loose skin, you don’t loose 45kg and your body magically spring back to shape. I have loose skin all over my body, my stomach mostly also my thighs, neck, bum and because I am completely honest; yes it does bother me.
Loosing weight doesn’t mean your body image of yourself is automatically fixed, I pick apart my fat, stretch marks, loose skin, etc. but I’m accepting these things about myself, and shifting my focus on appreciating my body and everything we have gone though. My body is strong, resilient and it’s a body I am proud of, jiggly bits and all! 💪🏻 .
I’m not considering surgery yet, I’m giving myself another 12 months and seeing if the loose skin improves with weight training and a healthy diet and if not I’ll cross that bridge then 😅 #looseskin

BEFORE VS AFTER 8 week challenge style 🔥🔥
Am I nervous and absolutely shitting my pants posting this? YEP.
Here are my results from the F45 8 week challenge.
I have lost -11.8kgs in 8 weeks. Not 100% on my other numbers as of yet because I didn’t get my print out but I am beyond happy with my loss.
It is hard to see the changes day in and day out when you look at yourself in the mirror every day but putting these photos together this morning made me see the changes my body has made in these 8 weeks 👊🏻💪🏻 but I am also proud of the mental changes I have made in this time too!!! I’ve got some pretty exciting goals in mind to strive towards from now on.... double digits here I come!!!!
