Husband kills me with his Valentine Day thoughts 🤣😂 Just a paid off mortgage and rescued pigs is all I want. He knows me well.

💡 Book Review 💡
I love historical fiction novels and this one did not disappoint. The story is told in a dual timeline, during present day and WWII era, war time London.
While clearing out an Estate, Cara finds a WWII era diary with the picture of a woman in uniform. Cara is determined to find its owner and learn why the diary is unfinished. Cara, recently divorced, finds herself fully invested in learning more about Louise, the diary’s author, in order to avoid confronting her reality.
In 1941, 19 year old Louise has her life pre-determined by her mother. She is expected to marry for status rather than love. That is until she falls in love with Paul, a flight Lieutenant fighting in the war. Louise then takes charge of her life by enlisting in the women’s British Army and becomes a gunner girl. If you love drama, a juicy love story, strong female characters, then this one is for you.
This wartime romance novel is just what you need in between those dark twisty thrillers or heavier historical fiction novels. It’s an easy ready that keeps you engaged. I personally loved Cara’s portion of the novel, because I, too, would love to have a hot neighbor that happens to read books at a bar. 😉

one of my biggest goals for 2019 is to show more of my personality on Instagram. so many people meet me and tell me they thought I’d be mean or a bitch since all of my posts are serious. So here’s a little Instagram v. Reality 💋 which do you like better?
I had to learn to budget for myself and my family on less resources as a single mom. At times it felt extremely overwhelming and would trigger a stress response in my body. I knew that in order to thrive, I would need a plan.
In my upcoming book I dedicate an entire chapter on this very issue because of how hard it is to start doing... Yet it’s so powerful in the long run when you do it.
I lay it all out for my readers. How to spiritually plan your budget and then stick to it even when fears pop up.
Fear will pop up and attempt to derail you.
We can battle these fears with breathing techniques, mindful meditations, and coming back to our well thought out, mindful budget.
There is a spiritual aspect to budgeting that will lead you to abundance. But it's not often talked about! Most of the time budgeting sounds too hard, possibly boring, or maybe you are fearful of your current financial position
I will say budgeting has lead me to thrive in my life now, when, for many years, I thought money would always evade me.
What does budgeting mean to you?
It actually happened just like this!
I was so tired of feeling uncomfortable in my clothes, I hated shopping for myself, and I was so self-conscious out in public! 🙈
I remember the days where I work black or dark blue, every single day, because I thought I could hide behind my clothes. I was worried that people would see how I had let myself go... I do not remember the exact moment I decided to make a change, but I finally purchased a workout program on Amazon and decided to start a new lifestyle. I would have totally quit a week later, because let’s face it “this was hard”! I was fortunate to find an accountability group, 2 days before I started my 3 week program and realize this was the MISSING key to my success! I only knew one person in this group, but I was welcomed with open arms and hit the ground running! 🏃♀️ It has been a crazy 3 1/2 years, but I have NEVER QUIT! Sure I had weeks where I had to “rest” but not because I didn’t feel like getting it done! I am committed to improving myself and I am doing just that! 💪🏻 These accountability groups are a “no judgement” safe place! You will get nothing but motivation and support and don’t be afraid to share your struggles as well as your accomplishments. I will be your biggest cheerleader!
I really wish the best results to all of these ladies and I want that for you also! ❤️ I am here and ready to help you get started! All you have to do is reach out! 👇🏻 #2019goals#ownmyhealth#fitover40#dosomethingforyourbody#steppingoutofmycomfortzone#accountabilitycoach#accountabilitygroup#timeforchange#changeisgood#lovingmyselfagain
1.Shaving your head is much like shaving your face; you want to ensure you have the right tools; pre-shave oil, shaving cream, and a good shaver/razor. If you want to get the perfect shave without any chance of razor bumps or nicks, use an electric razor before giving your head a full shave; this creates a smoother shave and removes any hairs that can cause irritation. Since your scalp and head shape can be uneven, you want a razor that will glide against your scalp and get the cleanest shave with fewer strokes. This shaving system has proven to prevent ingrown hairs and skin irritation. I've been using it for over a year and found it's the only shaver that works to reduce razor bumps and razor irritation.
2.As above, you should be applying a moisturizing just like you would with your face. You can use the same products, but there are others out there that are formulated for bald scalps. Choose an oil-free moisturizer to leave scalp with a matte finish and avoid any additional shine.
3.Like any other part of your body, you should be exfoliating to remove dead skin. Our bodies create sebum, which is the bodies moisturizer, and with men, we create more sebum than women. Exfoliating removes dead skin, but also the excess oil that can clog your hair follicles and cause skin irritation and razor bumps.
4.Hair is on our heads for protection and when it's lost; your head and scalp are exposed to the natural elements of the sun. Protecting your scalp from the sun with proper sunscreen is so important and vital to fighting against skin cancer. Sunscreen is not only needed in the warmer months but year round. To protect your scalp wear SPF 30 daily or if you're planning to be out in the sun all day cover your scalp and face with a hat. #menshair#menscuts#gentscuts#mensgrooming#manspa#52weeksofgrooming#newyearnewyou#newhairnewyou#2019grooming#2019goals#2019hair#CandiceAna#HairbyCandiceAna#dallas#dfw#oaklawn#rolex#versacesuits#bananarepublic#starbucks#bmw#mercedes#tesla#rollsroyce#dallasbarber#hardpart
