NIP Presidential Candidate Eunice Atuejide Endorses Atiku For President.
The Presidential candidate of the National Interest Party (NIP), Eunice Atuejide, has endorsed Atiku Abubakar for the presidency in the forthcoming polls.
According to a statement she personally signed, Eunice said her race for the coveted seat ended on the 16th of February being the initial date for the presidential elections which was postponed to the 23rd of February.
Why do I include "No thanks," as option? There's a couple of reasons! 1) Some kids simply may not want to give a greeting. I think this is okay. It's important to teach and encourage polite social skills, but it's equally important to respect a child's needs and preferences. Adults don't always feel like being warm and sociable...especially in the morning! Is saying, "Good morning," a great social skill? Absolutely! Is it mandatory? Probably not. 2) Saying "No thanks," may actually be a completely appropriate replacement behavior for some students. For example, if a student enters your classroom each day by swearing at you, teaching and reinforcing saying "No thanks" to a greeting might be a great place to start.
You might wonder, "What if a student always chooses "No thanks?"" I really wouldn't stress about this! A student may consistently choose, "No thanks," for a week, two weeks, a month, or longer. But after seeing other students choose different greetings (and get the positive social feedback of the teacher interaction), I think many students become curious and eventually willing to try out a different greeting! The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai, has cautioned the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, over a recent comment he made about the Army disobeying certain orders.
