The majority of people will get the Burrito on the right and the truth is, it’s not a good option for weight loss. Be very careful when you think your trying to make a healthier food choice.
Firstly the amount of cheese, sour cream & guacamole is far too much and throws your Calories/Fat intake out the window.
The Burrito on the Left is better choice and more macro friendly. Trying to make these small changes can have significant improvement in your weight loss journey.
When getting sauces and sides there is no portion control so more than likely you are getting far too much. And it’s going to throw your Macros off.

Always practice the basics. It can be so difficult and frustrating doing exercises when you think you aren’t getting anywhere. But remember to be consistent. Learning isn’t always a steady incline - sometimes we feel we have plateaued, and then all of a sudden we have a breakthrough. Repeating the essentials will allow you to have more freedom in your artistic choices.
This is what a steady pace looks like on my machine. 18 mins 22 secs 👀 on a @babolat Pure Strike Project One7 18x20 string pattern with RPM Blast 16 (1.30mm). Never rushed, just consistent pulling and clamping.
Exercise: AEROBICS BOARD POP SQUATS
Muscle target: 💥Legs💥
Equipment: Aerobics Board (you can also do these without an aerobics board)
How to do the exercise:
👉Start on top of the board with your feet together.
👉Keeping your eyes up, chest up and core tight, pop your feet to the outside of the aerobics board into a squat.
👉Once you squat down, propel yourself back up using your quads, hamstrings and glutes back up to the top of the board back to your starting position, feet together.
👉As soon as your feet touch the board, try to pop them immediately back out to the side of the aerobics board into squat position, then pop right back up onto the board.
👉Repeat this exercise for about 3 sets of 10-15 reps, or on a 30 to 45 second timer, as a superset with another leg exercise such as leg presses, lying hamstring curls or heavy squats😵
