I’ve been eating my way through Dubai 😏 I love it here but the weather has been cloudy and rainy which isn’t ideal but there’s so many amazing places to eat and drink so I’m still having a good time 🙏🏼🌍🌴
although, I’m looking forward to getting back into my gym routine 💪🏼 and also can’t wait to be reunited with my 🐈 😂
Nasty pump from pullday. Easing back into training for the week and ready for improvement season. Slowly tapering the calories up and gonna train with alot more structure to ensure no day is wasted and i don’t turn into a water buffalo. Don’t just preach about it being a lifestyle if you do it only 16 weeks a year, it’s a 24/7 shit that i love👐🏻
Conta aqui pra gente 👇🏼
Today’s workout - Push focused full body workout 💪 Absolutely loving full body sessions at the moment - really feel like I’m giving it my all every single session. Today’s session was:
🔹Squats 10x3 pyramiding each set - Worked upto 75kg. Nothing too crazy but my squats have never felt better. 🔷Bench Press 10x3 pyramiding each set - worked upto 95kg - focused on controlling the weight throughout the full rom. 🔷Military Press - 5x10@25kg
I then finished off with some isolation for the triceps and legs. .
Hope everyone is smashing their goals this week 💪😁

INTERESTING info for all parents to read from my Norwegian make over client HEIDI .... " There is something I’ve been thinking of telling you, but I always forget when i see you. But it always pops up when we are talking about people’s kids and food. So NORWAY is actually quite norm-based when it comes to raising children. We have a term called Saturday Candy and that is the only time of the week children are allowed sweets ( from 6-7 pm when i was a child ) and its very frowned upon to allow your kids to have any cakes or sweets any
other time of the week. If a parent has given their kid anything during the week they will say it with a lot of embarrassment ‘ I actually gave my child a piece of chocolate on Tuesday ‘. If someone keeps on doing it ,there will be a lot of judgement from the other parent. Like I saw a parent give a child a soda when i was home now and I judged hard. I almost never had Saturday candy because my parents told me it was my responsibility to remember to get it when we were in the grocery story and they would not remind me. So every week I forgot and remembered Saturday night - ooooh no !!! And we NEVER had soda at home". I think all parents could learn something from this and even adopt this method with a group of their friends . This is how you change !!! #stopkiddinfyourself#backtobasics#getleanwithnoeleen#plantbased#healthyeating#fitness#fitspiration#fitfam#fitfamsa#commitment#health#wellness#strengthandmind#fitness#plantbasedeating#health#healthylifestyle#commitment#dedication#getinshape#motivation#lifestylecoach#motivation
