With the dumping of snow ❄️ we had in our local mountains 🏔, I’m definitely wanting to get back on the 🏂 slopes again ASAP! Just might be in my future this week 🤗
It’s, by far, my favorite workout and yes, it’s most definitely a workout 💪🏼. If you’ve ever done it & felt the soreness the next day, it’s all you need to remind you just how much of a workout it is. And especially if you take some falls & use your upper body to pick your 🍑 butt up 😂
And did you know that if you’re military or LEO 🚓, you get discounts at most of our local resorts in So Cal 😁? Another reason to go more often & step outside of the box with your workouts
Exercise doesn’t have to be done in a “gym”. Make your “gym” the outdoors & use your own body 💪🏼 as the weights. Don’t know how? Ask!
