For the first time in my life, I had a 3 course meal and didn't have to worry one bit about my food allergies! 😅 It's a miracle! 🙌🏼 I cant remember a time in my life that I went out to dinner and felt 100% safe with what I was eating. This is real life with food allergies. There is always that constant fear, asking yourself should I really eat here? Do I trust them with my life? Am I going to have an allergic reaction that could possible kill me? Do they understand my food allergy? These are the reasons why I don't eat out much. •

I don't like labels so I don't call myself a vegan, but do I love eating a mostly plant based diet? YES and here is why... Going to a vegan restaurant means that they do not cook with any meat or animal products. Which also means it's a dairy allergy free zone‼️‼️
There is not a chance of possible cross contamination with my food! Being able to go to a vegan restaurant and be able to order anything or everything off the menu, is a feeling that I can't even put into words. For the first time I felt like everyone else and was able to just enjoy a meal out with family and friends. This was a life changing experience! Très brouillon ce début d'année 2019 🤣😅 je ne sais plus ce qui est reellement bon pour moi avec tout ce qu'on me dit de partout !
C'est à moi de me dépatouiller dans tout ça et faire mes choix.
Ce qui est bon pour moi selon moi : -le sport tous les jours (6/7 jours on va dire) [c'est un plaisir tout va bien] -me faire plaisir avec la nourriture mais la SAVOURER, sans excès 😪 -faire attention au sucre rapide et raffiné, aux graisses saturées et au sel (la santé c'est important) sans me les interdire -manger en pleine conscience, avec de la réflexion et de l'intérêt -cessez les restrictions permanentes
