I am sooo sore and I’ve actually been lifting less since I’ve been dedicating more time into dancing again (after a 6.5 year hiatus) my abs and quads hurt to move😅 making sure I get my lifts in this week alongside dance and stretching 🏋🏻♀️ Gotta maintain what I’ve worked for but also do what makes me happy🙂

Its simple, a quick restart fixes almost everything lol. @spartandetox three day cleanse was conquered!
________ 🔘lost about 3.5 lbs of the “no good” lol. Pretty much water weight, my physique didn’t have much fat to begin so I knew I wouldn’t see the change in weight. BUT.. ‼️I feel different, I feel light, I feel clean. Like something like clean laundry 🧺 😂 ✅Great experience overall, recommend it to any and everyone who might need that start and or restart!
I decided to capture one day of my meals. I'm trying to gain mass so I eat a lot on days I workout, and eat less on days I don't. This was a workout day. The quantities of foods in each meal are chosen to meet my macros.
Breakfast: an omelet made of whole eggs and egg whites, a banana, an orange, and an apple.
2nd Breakfast: a pork chop topped with an avocado mix, sweet potato, and sauerkraut.
Elevenses: non-fat greek yogurt, a natural peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat, and an apple. This is what I consider a fast food meal because it's so quick to put together.
Luncheon: a pork chop, collard greens, a mango, and a slice of garlic toast. I should have had some more healthy fat with this meal, but I forgot to add it.
Afternoon tea: a quesadilla made with whole grain and flax tortillas and low-fat cheese, non-fat greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute for dipping, and a banana.
Dinner: another omelet, pineapple chunks, and oatmeal with pumpkin pie spice for flavor and moringa powder for added nutrition.
When my Beautiful Cousin and her Yummy Husband come to visit New Jersey we had to get in some Family Love time!!

Last night before stage at the west Bengal State body building competition. Day by day polishing by myself. Last night I was played 65kg categories. My weight was 63.2kg.
I was finished by journey in top 5. Overall public and my father justification I was in top 3 but I respect judges decision.
