  • That filter life because today was a bit cray cray 😂 1st day back at work from maternity leave. Slept through my alarm again because sleep is none existent in our household right now (thanks baby Maddox 😜) but just made it to the gym for the 6am sesh. Rushed home to have a shower then straight to work with just 5 minutes to spare.. got rained on before arriving to my clinic so hair was a frizz ball 😩, rummaged through my car and struggled to even find a pen 🖊, couldn’t logon to the computer because I forgot all my logins/passwords 🤦🏽‍♀️ Packed a full lunch bag as per my eating plan which included snacks but had a reality check because who am I kidding.. Take time to disconnect from the outer world and connect to your inner-self. Often, we can’t control what happens, but we certainly have more control over how we respond to what happens and the freedom to choose our attitude. 
Regular meditation calms the mind and makes it much easier to face life’s challenges. Cut down the stressful thoughts & let the body’s natural healing systems do their work.

الحياة بكل جوانبها ، المهنية ، والعائلية وكل ما تنتجه من ضغوطات اجتماعية ، هي عوامل باعثة للتوتر وأصبحت مع مرور الزمن أكثر خطورة على صحتنا الجسدية والعقلية. لذلك علينا أخذ قسط من الوقت لإراحة أنفسنا وللتواصل مع داخلنا بعيدا عن العالم الخارجي. غالبا ، لا نستطيع التحكم بما يحصل ، لكننا بالتأكيد نستطيع السيطرة على ردة فعلنا وبذلك نملك حرية اختيار موقفنا تجاه ما حصل.
التأمل بشكل اعتيادي يعمل على تهدئة العقل مما يجعل مواجهة صعوبات الحياة أسهل. علينا أن نخفف من الأفكار السلبية في عقولنا و السماح لأنظمة الشفاء الطبيعية في أجسامنا أن تقوم بعملها.
