LEMON GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND BROCCOLI SKILLET @deliciousfoodvideos
Recipe credit📸 @eatwell101
1 1/2 lb (650g) sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
2 broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons butter or ghee
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup (60ml) low-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup chopped parsley + or garnish
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme, for garnish
The steak marinade
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut amino if you’re strictly paleo)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (or any hot chili sauce you like)
Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a shallow plate or bowl Add the steak strips into the marinade and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour. In the meantime, wash and break down the broccoli heads into florets. Blanch the florets into boiling water for 1 or 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Bring the steak to room temperature and heat oil and one tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat — reserve the juices of the marinade for later. Add the steak strips in one layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for one minute without stirring, then stir the steak strips for another minute or two to cook the other side. Remove the steak strips from the skillet and set aside to a plate. In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, beef broth, and remaining marinade juices. Bring to a simmer and allow to reduce for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in the fresh parsley, then add the broccoli florets and toss for three to four minutes. Add the steak strips back to the pan to reheat for another minute. Serve immediately with thyme, chili flakes, more parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy!

It is an absolutely 🔥LIT🔥 Friday because I am diving straight into this bowl of CREAMY stovetop oats. I’m usually a microwave oat gal myself bc #lazy but I had some extra time for lunch and made myself this bowl of deliciousness. Currently sitting in a giant fluffy robe rn eating this. What an ideal situation! This is going to be my pre-workout fuel for the afternoon. Off to go spin🚴🏼♀️ and lift🏋🏼♀️! Hope everyone had an amazing v-day yesterday and is recovering from their chocolate comas😂♥️.
-1 cup rolled oats
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 scoop @mrm_usa cinnamon bun protein powder
-1/2 a mashed ripe banana🍌
-Sprinkle of cinnamon & sea salt
-1 cup almond milk🥛
-1 cup water
*Combine all ingredients in a small pot on the stovetop and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Pour into bowl and add your favorite toppings! I used creamy PB (of course) & frozen mixed berries (which melt all over and it’s amazing, just trust me🤪). #onecrazedfoodie#oatmeal
How to build big arms...
1️⃣ don’t train them 3x a week lol after a back day try 2-3 bicep finishers with reps of 15 . People over train them.
2️⃣ after a chest day hit your triceps 2-3 finishers
3️⃣ fuel your body properly
4️⃣ hit each part of your bicep and triceps rather than doing 3 exercises hitting the same muscle
5️⃣sleep! Without rest they won’t grow
6️⃣don’t try to be macho man swinging your body curling.... I’ve noticed the most growth going lighter weight and higher reps ———————————————
Just chewing my way through the weekend and enjoying 🥘 🙌
Something that we all have come accustom too and some better at combatting than others.
It takes true confidence to fight what everyone else is doing and do what you want to do.
It takes someone strong in their beliefs and someone who know what is important to them.
So are you that kind of person?
If not, then how do you get there?
Well first define what you won’t compromise for and what your morals are. Once you have these, find your inner strength. Your inner fighter and love for yourself that I know exists deep down.
It isn’t easy but you have to stay true to you at the end of the day.
What’s something you stand up for?💃☀️
The set beings when the muscle starts to burn 🔥 Push through the pain and see the results 💪🏽😁 #throwback

So I’m all about eating the rainbow and striving to eat clean by eating organic whenever possible. I love fueling my body with the best things cuz let’s face it people, this is all we get. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the shit out of food but my tastes have changed since I was young and could finish a whole order of chili cheese fries from The Hat, by myself.. I just wanted to clear on that. What tastes good to me now is food from this vegan cafe near my house 🤷🏽♀️. ANYWAYS...the point of this post...when your trying to eat well it does NOT need to be complicated. It can sometimes feel that way with the ingredients that get thrown at you from recipes you find on Pinterest cuz you have no idea what to make for dinner. Also, that shit does not need to be pretty. Sure it’s nice for pictures but I just care that it’s fast and clean. So this is my go to for breakfast. I have a million things to do in the morning along with my morning workout and rotate this quick meal with an egg white spinach and vegan cheese scramble. Yum! So oats, almond butter, a banana, and water. I put the sliced banana in oats as it’s cooking. Once that’s done then scoop a tablespoon of almond butter and stir it in. You can mix and match this too. Use almond milk and a chopped apple. Throw some cinnamon on that bitch. She doesn’t look like much but it was good and gave my morning energy. 👌🏽 you’re welcome. .
