Flourless Salted Caramel Crack Blondies (link in bio)
These loaded blondies have a smooth, flaky surface, chewy fudge-like consistency inside, and the added bonus of melty @hukitchen chocolate chunks and a salted caramel drizzle.
And hot damn are they good.
They’re dairy free, gluten/grain free, paleo, and refined sugar free!
I dare you not to eat the whole batch at once 😏 Let me know if any of you get the chance to make the recipe!
I don't really do transformation photos, but since it's been exactly a year (and a few weeks) since I started eating healthy and exercising, I thought I'd might share the results. I've always been extremely thin and hated it. I could never really gain weight, so I didn't watch what I ate at all. But for a year now, I've been eating healthy, eating waayy more fruits and veggies, less processed foods and sugar, cut down caffeine (still trying lol), tracked calories on and off, and been consistent in my workouts! Never took more than a week off.

Meditation is a simple technique that, if practiced for as few as 10 minutes each day, can help you control stress, decrease anxiety, improve cardiovascular health and achieve a greater capacity for relaxation.
You might already know this; when our bodies are exposed to a sudden stress or threat we respond with the characteristics of the “fight or flight” response. The “adrenaline rush” we experience is a result of the release of the hormones epinephrine (adrenaline) and norepinephrine. They cause an increase in blood pressure and pulse rate, faster breathing and increased blood flow to the muscles.
Guess what, this type of reaction is happening all day for some people, especially those in high demand, high stress, high responsibility work environments and demanding family-life dynamics. You can do something - practice meditation!
Science based evidence reveals that meditation helps to:
* Reduce stress * Control anxiety; less stress translates to less anxiety * Lengthen attention span * Decrease blood pressure * May help fight addictions * May reduce age-related memory loss * Promotes emotional health * Enhances self awareness
It is one of the easiest things to do, and just like most things, you get better with practice and time
Try this for starters: * Sit or lie comfortable * Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation * Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally * Put one hand on your abdomen and feel the expansion of the inhale and exhale * Close your eyes, if you can.
Give it as few as 5 - 10 minutes at least once a day. Increase to 2 - 3 times a day and feel the impact in makes in your daily life experiences.

1․ Կտրատել լոլիկները, վարունգը (կարող եք ինչպես կլպել, այնպես էլ ոչ), սոխը, սպանախը։ Հեռացնել ավոկադայի կորիզը ու այն ևս կտրատել։
2․ Մեծ տարայի մեջ լցնել քինուան և բոլոր բանջարեղենները։ Ցանկության դեպքում վրան լցնել կտրատված Ֆետա պանիրը։
3․ Համտեսել անմիջապես
1 cup cooked quinoa
3 fresh cherry tomatoes
1 large cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
Fresh spinach, roughly chopped
2 large ripe avocados
1/3 cup Feta Cheese
