Happy weekend, friends! ☀️
Two things that I always enjoy are discovering new things in unexpected places in San Francisco, and framing a primary photographic subject using other elements contained within the shot. 🖼
So I was especially excited to discover this tall bronze frame by artist @mildredhoward while recently walking around the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. (The official name of this 16’x16’ sculpture is ‘Frame Refrain.’) I liked how it framed the Bay Bridge - way off in the distance. 🧐
This work of art is definitely ‘off the beaten path’ - and not something you would just stumble upon - but it is worth the trip to a part of San Francisco that has been marginalized, neglected, and is often overlooked.
Have a great weekend, and happy exploring! 😁
I was crossing the street and then I saw this "Runaway bride" I really like this picture, I feel is like I was in the perfect place on the right time.
Today was a beautiful day, my 25 birthday traveling alone to San Francisco, having time for me, to discover new places and enjoy this beautiful part of the world.
@chefico lived up to the hype! It took half a year to get reservations, but the food was worth it. Such delicate and complex flavors, fresh ingredients, and OMG that grilled Tai Snapper was heaven in my mouth!
Eat your heart out 🖤
Our very first photo shoot ever. This shoot had a huge impact on our marriage. I hated being in front of the camera, let alone for a boudoir shoot. But for our 7th wedding anniversary, I booked @brian_j_vargas and I a couples boudoir session and it forever changed our relationship. 📷: @blushhousephotography
