When you’re sick you know the remedies that’ll help you get well. Whether it’s going to the doctor or taking a quick pill for your headache. However, when your mind demotivates you from going to the gym or creating the best new technology to solve a social issue, most of us don’t have the right remedy to subdue that subconscious. Some have not reached that level of maturity, even some see it as normal or call it a “gut feeling”. The difference between how far you’ll run in the “Boston Marathon” compared to Clarence DeMar is how mentally developed you’re to subdue your subconscious from defeating your purpose and ability to succeed. Example: We’re drinking, and you pitch an idea to me. That idea to Richard Branson is the next best thing. However, I narrate to you the impossibility of the idea and buy you a drink to make you feel better after breaking your motivation. Just that easy! Boom! Gone! Your mind has gone into defeat.
Please! Know your mind just like your body. Stop allowing people in your life or your mind to negatively affect how you run or progress from point “A” to point “B”. You’re a winner not a loser. You’re more than a housewife, you’re more than a loser, you’re more than a professor, you’re more than Richard Branson or Elon Musk. Please know your mind like your body. If I give you an energy drink and tell you, it will make you run fast, then you’ll run faster than you’ve ever ran. Your mind is powerful. By: Kléber. O.
