... from my trip home last week! I love the view of St. John’s from Signal Hill, but it sure was a windy one 🌬🌬🌬 ... fun fact, the first transatlantic wireless transmission was received here by Marconi in 1902 🤓

Next week I board a plane for a different kind of adventure. One that begins in Bali doing my YYT and ends a few months later in a different country with some of my favourite people. The best advice I can give others this year is to make time for your passions. Learning to practice what I preach and putting my life here on hold for a little while to go chase some of my dreams. My backpack and I are counting down the days until we board our 16 hour flight💫
Every once in awhile I like to share my own transformation over the past few years! (Sorry I always use the same before photo, I literally have no other photos).
First picture is from 6 years ago after my second child (gained 70-80lbs). The other is from the other day. First and foremost, there’s nothing wrong with the first picture. But I wasn’t healthy. I was stressed due to having my second child and starting my masters, and I was turning to food for comfort. It needed to stop for my own health and well-being.
It wasn’t straightforward or easy. I don’t always eat perfect, and I’ve had some ups and downs just like you all. But I’m a mom of 4 boys under 8 who works 60 hours per week (at least 🙈), so I get it that life is busy and healthy choices are hard to make sometimes. I will say that it is harder at first and then it does get easier. Being easy on yourself and letting go of the ‘all or nothing’ mentality is key. 🔑
I am by no means perfect and still have loose skin and stretch marks on my lower stomach. Two years ago I gained 20 lbs due to an injury. I overindulged over the holidays. We all all human and have ups and downs.
It’s so important to take inspiration from others but NEVER compare (“comparison is the thief of joy”). I know it’s easier said than done - sometimes I catch myself being envious or comparing. Then I just stop myself and remind myself that it’s not worth it.
We all have a story and everyone has to start somewhere. Everyone has ups and downs. If you keep pushing you will reach your goals!
I hesitated posting these, I couldn’t quite decide how I felt about them but the more I look at them, the more happy I am with them.. SO, comin @ you with a few lunar eclipse photos! It was beautiful to witness, and I’m thankful I was able to experience it! #yyt#lunareclipse#exploreab
How stinkin' cute is this Valentine's Day love pillow? 😍💘 *
Getting Valentine's Day ready! This was a bit of an impromptu project but I'm loving the result. Do you decorate for Valentine's Day? We don't do many decorations but it's definitely a chance to try out new design/project ideas, which is always fun! 💖👍
Hi, my name is Victor Cannon and this is my updated Thrive Experience.
I'm coming up on my Third Year of taking my three simple steps and I wouldn't go another day without it!
In the past year, we have added the most amazing little guy to our family and he brings us constant joy! Even as much joy as he brings us, he needs a lot of attention all hours of the day, as some of you already know! Be it waking up in the middle of the night for a bottle or just because those wonderful teeth that are coming in.
This doesn't phase me one bit!!! I take my two Lifestyle Capsules before my feet hit the floor, drink my Lifestyle Mix shake 20 minutes later, slap on my DFT and hit the road like I got a great night's sleep!
I strongly urge each and every one of you to take the plunge if you haven't yet! This stuff changed my life and I know it can change yours too! #healthylifestyle#suppliment#lifestyle#energy#allnatural#health#premiumvitamins#thrivewithteresa#premiunnutrition#nutrition#vitamins#live#love#happiness#yyc#yeg#yvr#ywp#yqr#yqb#yyz#yyt#ysj#yyg#yhz
My name is Samantha Jeter, and this is my Thrive Experience.
I am 28 years old from Corpus Christi, Texas. I am sharing a topic I am very passionate about! Self love!
You see, before starting my Thrive Experience a year and a half ago, I thought I knew what self love was. Wrong! I was pretending day in and day out, going through the motions of life and lying to myself that it was what I deserved.
My three steps (Capsules, Lifestyle Mix, DFT) have done more than just fill my nutritional gaps, they have transformed my life, my mind, my heart, and my soul! I now know what it truly means to love one’s self and I want to spread awareness about this topic! I started this challenge amongst fellow Thrivers and just other people in general.
I want to share this with all of you and ask for everyone to join in on this challenge because us as Thrivers live this life out loud! Self love is not selfish, conceited, arrogant, or anything else of that matter. It’s important to feel this way about yourself so you can give this to the world!!! With so much negativity, it’s time to spread love and positivity to a higher level!
Love Ya Self Challenge! 😉
