This Red-bellied black snake (Pseudechis porphyriacus) from the Sunshine Coast hinterland was as beautiful in nature as it was in appearance! Although classed as highly venomous, there are no reliable records of human deaths attributed to this species. Red-bellied black snakes are generally very inoffensive in nature, preferring to flee when encountered.

Good morning all!! Todays capture was from my first proper flight with the new toy that has finally arrived, the Mavic Pro 2....and in turn the Mavic Platinum will be sold on to some lucky person (DM me if interested 👌🏻) This shot was taken the other day as the light was fading above Wangi Power Station in Lake Macquarie, NSW
This Heritage listed Station shut down in 1986 and has since stood proudly and been the subject of many a photo by keen photogs and explorers
Working in the energy industry myself makes places like this that bit more special 😊
Back to the drone, i am amazed with the dynamic range this thing has! The info i could recover from deep down in the depths of this chimney was amazing!! It was pretty much completely blacked out, and i was able to expose it further to show more detail, and with little to no noise!
