Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 2 large breasts), cubed into bite-size pieces
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press
Zest of 1 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch or two black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon paprika
4 middle eastern-style flatbreads (you can use pita bread, as well)
Arugula greens
Sliced tomatoes
Spicy Garlic Sauce (below)

½ cup mayonnaise, low-fat, reg, or fat-free
½ cup sour cream or full-fat, plain Greek yogurt
3 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press
1 tablespoon tahini
2-3 teaspoons sriracha (I used a lot more since I like mine spicy, so use your own judgement!)
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
Pinch cayenne pepper (again, you can use more, if you like it spicier)
½ teaspoon lemon juice

Perfektes Wochenende - viel Bewegung, leckeres Essen und ganz viel positive Energie getankt! 🙌🏼☀️ Bei mir gab es gestern noch leckeren Milchreis mit Mandelstückchen aus meinem Cook4Me von @krups_deutschland 🍚😍 So langsam teste ich mich durch die 150 vorinstallierten Rezepte durch und bis jetzt hat auch alles lecker geschmeckt. 👌🏽 Grade für Leute die nicht so gern kochen oder vielleicht auch nicht so gut kochen können, ist er ein guter Helfer! 👩🏼‍🍳 Für mich geht’s jetzt noch raus einkaufen und mein Auto waschen, der Kleine hat es nämlich dringend nötig! 🙆🏼‍♀️🤓

✅Yes, it is! This is because caloric deficit still key for fat loss, so as long as your total daily calories is still under your maintenance, you’re golden!

When drinking and going out with your friends, just be conscious of the beverages you choose. if you’re going for heavy liquor, definitely stick to plain shots or mix with zero/low-calorie mixers and fruits. Get as creative as you want with what you mix your alcohol with, just make sure the ingredients are calorie-free! 🤪
For lighter evenings, white wine and any light beer are good options. -
Always make sure that you still try to somehow trace what you’re drinking, so you don’t go overboard. A good tip to prepare for nights out is to save some calories from carbs and fat for your alcohol. So during the day, have a high protein diet with lots of vegetables and water to make sure you’re ready!😎

  • Happy Monday guys! Let's kick off the week with a recipe I came up with two weeks ago 😃 As many times before I felt like I was making the same dishes over and over again, so I wanted a new macro friendly recipe with minced meat and lots of flavor, and I'm super happy with the result! 🤩 Also perfect to make a big batch and eat the leftovers for lunch👌
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~ Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce 🍝 ~
MEATBALLS 
1000-1100 g Minced beef (I use 10% fat)
3-4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Egg
2 tsp Salt 
Black pepper 
SAUCE
1 Sweet onion, chopped 
5-6 Garlic cloves, minced 
1500 g Crushed tomatoes 
70 g Tomato paste 
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (unfortunately I haven't managed to find one without sugar, but in a batch as large as this one it's basically nothing)
1 tsp Ancho chili powder 
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 
1,25 dl White wine 
1 tsp Thyme 
2 Bay leaves 
Salt and pepper to taste ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In a large saucepan: fry onion and garlic in a little bit of avocado oil (or fat of choice) for a few minutes until they're starting to become soft, add tomato paste and stir to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce, lower the heat and let simmer while making the meatballs.
Combine meat, garlic, egg, salt and pepper and shape meatballs. Carefully drop the meatballs in the sauce, make sure they're covered with sauce, and let cook until they're firm to the touch (time depending on the size of the balls, but about 10 minutes).

Serve with carb source of choice (I had a combination of jasmine rice and cauliflower rice (minced cauliflower fried with sea salt and pepper), so good!) and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top (important 😅) - YUM! 🤩😋

Eine halbe Banane mit der Gabel zerdrücken. // Haferflocken, Backkakao, Zimt und die Samen in einer kleinen Schüssel vermischen. // Die Milch zum Köcheln bringen, dann die Mischung der trockenen Zutaten und die zerdrückte Banane hineingeben und die Hitze herunterdrehen. // Unter Rühren ca. 1 Minute weiter köcheln lassen, dann den Topf von der Herdplatte nehmen und für 5 Minuten ruhen lassen. // Den Haferbrei in ein kaltes Gefäß umfüllen und für weitere 10 Minuten stehen lassen, dann mit dem Rest der Banane und deinen Lieblingszutaten garnieren.

Ingredients:
36 oz Chicken, breast, boneless, skinless (raw) 
2 cup Raw Peppers, Green 
4 tsp Oil, olive 
2 tbsp Chopped Onion 
1 tsp Garlic 
1/2 tsp Rosemary 
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 
1 tsp Basil 
1/2 tsp Thyme 
3 tsp Vinegar, balsamic 
1/4 cup Chicken Broth 
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Thinly slice green peppers and onions. Place in a large bowl, and set aside.
3. In a large measuring cup use a fork to stir together the balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, broth, minced garlic and herbs.
4. Pour sauce over sliced peppers and onions. Toss until well coated.
5. Place chicken breasts in baking pan.
6. Pour balsamic pepper mixture over the chicken.
7. Loosely cover the pan with a piece of foil. Place in center of preheated oven.
8. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Chicken should be cooked thoroughly and the peppers and onions should be tender and soft.
9. Check the chicken at 40 minutes. Spoon the sauce from bottom of pan over top of peppers and chicken. Continue to bake until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Farenheit.

Heute gibt's natürlich kein aktuelles Bild, ich halte mich schön zurück mit dem Laufen, bevor ich endgültig eine Diagnose hab! Will ja nichts schlimmer machen. Aber bei dem Wetter juckt es ja unendlich... Grad da wäre die dünne Laufjacke von @intersport.de wieder sooo perfekt.

Dafür ging es heute dem Oberkörper an den Kragen - wie gesagt #projekttürsteher läuft. Ich glaub das wird mein neuer Hashtag 😂😂 Scheiß auf Legday.

Vorweg interessiert mich: wie ernährst du dich?! 🤗
So kommen wir zu mir... spätestens seit dem gestrigen Post ist die häufigste Frage:
Wie viele Kalorien isst du?! 🤔
Wer sich jetzt konkrete Zahlen erhofft, den muss ich gleich mal enttäuschen 🤷🏼‍♀️
Ich werde jetzt weder von kcal noch von irgendwelchen Makroverteilungen berichten, einfach weil es DIR NICHTS BRINGT!!!
Meine Kalorien und meine Makros sind auf MICH abgestimmt, auf meinen Verbrauch, sodass ICH meine Ziele erreiche!
Ich kann euch ~ Richtwerte nennen, die für mich eine Rolle spielen, sodass ich 2,5-3g Eiweiß & ~0,8g Fett pro Kilo Körpergewicht zu mir nehme und den Rest meiner offenen Kalorien (aktuell Kcal-Defizit) mit Carbs fülle. 💪🏼
Außerdem esse ich sehr viel Gemüse, 1. Weil wichtig ist (Mikros) und 2. Weil ich einfach ein Volumenesser bin und nicht gerne Hunger 🐛😜
Und ich trinke sehr viel 🥛🥛🥛🥛
Ich verbiete mir auch keinen bestimmten Lebensmittel, wenn ich zb. Lust auf einen Zerobar habe, dann snack ich ihn und bedenke das in meiner Tagesbilanz 🍫🤤❤️
