Standing with “Attack”, awarded Best in Show at Ashton Gallery. Extremely grateful for all the growth I’ve experienced as an artist, and all that is yet to come. This journey has been filled with equal parts “yes” and equal parts “wtf am I doing”. But overall, it has been a very enjoyable one. I’ve been able to explore feelings and turn them into something physical. Thankful to have a place to share my thoughts, and thankful to (hopefully) encourage others to explore their own.
Sometimes my paintings take foooorever. And I overthink them. So of late I’m trying to move through the process a little faster and it’s really fun. I love how this has some loose and wild looking flowers. #red#floralbouquet
✨ Throwback to this fun piece that was inspired by a meditation led by Tibetan Buddhist monks as they opened the space to create a traditional sand mandala. 👁 In my inner vision, little orbs of light illuminated the darkness in my mind, showing a path to liberation beyond all of the obstacles that were holding me back from living my highest potential. 🖼 This painting led me through a big transition point in my life to a more liberated state of being. The original is in a private collection, but if you'd like to add a symbol of freedom to your life, I am offering prints of this one in the link in my profile. 🙏💜May you & all beings live free & liberated.
