Low Bar Squats - 5 Sets 190KG x 8! It was very comfortable, easing my way back into the heavy stuff. The plan is to drop a rep each week and increase the load by 12.5kg...
Front Squats - 3 Sets of 110KG x 5! I started off using 135KG, not realising how taxing the low bar squats would be. Now reprogrammed the plan is to increase this lift by 10kg each week sticking with the same number of reps...
