This sneaky way into Belay is the best! Thanks @gabehildenreid for introducing it in your classes! ⠀
Did you know we offer classes in silks, rope, hammock, Lyra, trapeze and hand balancing at our headquarters in Los Angeles? ⠀
Visit the classes link in our bio to check it out!
Worked on part one of a new sequence today with @kayycarrigan - can’t wait to learn the rest! I’ve been loving hammock but so happy to be back on the silks with @summerraycirque 🙌🏻

Please welcome @bellaxvita to the Aeriform family!
Bella comes to Aeriform all the way from Brooklyn, as she just moved to LA. Her favorite apparatus is Lyra, but she loves pole too.
You’re likely to see her behind the desk and helping out at the studio on Saturday’s so feel free to say Hello! 🙃🎪
Day 14! 2 weeks in for #Feb14Fit40 ! Spent today getting my circus sweat on with @laurennavon! I love all the conditioning drills that can be done on any hanging apparatus! There’s the wonderful added element of stabilization for every exercise! Also, most of these can be done on a pull-up bar and TRX!
"Don't compare your beginning to someone else's middle." -- Jon Acuff. Before starting pole five years ago, I never thought I'd be interested in any sort of flexibility work. I still get really frustrated that I'm not able to get my feet on my head compared to other people who find it very easy. .
On the other hand, I have no natural flexibility--and it's very much something to be proud of to start a flexibility journey later in life and still be making progress! I started in my mid-20's, which is honestly not even that late. S/O to all the budding contortionists, yogis, pole dancers, aerialists, and circus artists who started training after those teenage years, whom I find so inspiring!
