Hack Squats 3×12-15
Weighted alt step ups 3×12-15

One legged leg press 3×8-10
Calf raises 3×12-15

Warm up was 1 minute jump rope paired with 10 single arm kettlebell swings for 4 sets. 
Always foam roll before and after leg day. Your body will thank you later by not locking up and give you better range of motion.

  • Kuukua Damptey '19 from Ontario Canada is our other "Darlings Athlete of the Week". This is her rookie season with the program and each week she continues to impress her coaches and fellow athletes with her quiet, but consistent work ethic in every phase of the program.  Whether it was pushing herself through some challenging clean sets in the Wt Room or grinding out some tough sets in shuttle runs, she never quits and always gives 100% effort at all times.  She is thinking of joining the Throw Squad for the Track and Field Team this season and I hope she does.  I am looking forward to our final phase of the program coming up and witnessing her crush her test numbers from the beginning.  Keep up the good work Kuukua! #neverquit #alwaysgrinding #stangpride

  • We got paid our commissions on the 15th so that was rent and my phone bill 📲and some of our debt.
Then yesterday hello another paycheck🤑
So today we went to the grocery store and stocked up on ingredients so that I can make Justin these bomb pizza pockets that he found on facebook 👍🏻
Because of another $100 bonus which was the second I had already gotten this month so we got to splurge a little bit. (Sorry Dave Ramsey💸 plan we wanted pizza) 
Next week will be another and the week after another just in time for Florida🐬I get these because I am helping OTHER people make money. So I have extra pizza 🍕 money and my friends are making commission to probably also buy pizza with. 
What would you do with an extra $100, $200, $300 a WEEK?!!
