The name Jaguar originated from the Native American word ‘Yajuar’ meaning “He who kills with one leap”. Unlike many other big cats, Jaguars are extremely good swimmers 🐆

This is Miracle. This girl has been through A LOT. This is her story. •
Miracle’s mom’s name is Pearl. She was my mom’s cow. She passed away in 2017 and we only had a few of Pearl’s eggs. So we tried and tried for a calf, but we weren’t able to get a calf with her eggs, finally in the spring of 2018, Miracle was born. Now this is just the beginning of her story and not how she got her name. Miracle was supposed to be a show cow for my brother, Thad. After few months, we noticed some changes, she started to get sick. We were very scared since Miracle was the last egg from Pearl. We gave her medicine and it didn’t work. So we called the vet. He told us she had Meningitis. We never had this disease in any of our cows before, so we never experienced it.The vet gave us medicine for her, and we were sure she would be fine. But a few days later she started seizing. She seized for 48 hours. We couldn’t do anything about it, so all we did was pray and hope for her to become better. After her seizure she had to gain her strength to walk, eat, and simply live. We helped her through it all.
Then we realized she had huge sores on her side. This was the side that she seized on and from rubbing against the straw, she had huge sores. She had 4: 3 little sores, and one huge one on her hip. The biggest sore was so deep, you could stick you’re whole pointer finger in it. Everyday we had to clean out her sores, we were super afraid flies would lay there eggs in her sores.
After a few months, Miracle regained her strength and became one of the happiest cows ever. Her sores are all healed up today, the only thing that shows she ever had that horrible disease, is her black foot is bigger than all her others from swelling. She is one of our favorite cows! She lives a happy and healthy life now. We often spoil her with extra feed and extra cuddles/ chin scratches. Miracle is one of the toughest cows I know. She had to battle a horrible disease at such a young age.
💜 R.I.P Lozza 7/5/16 - 24/1/19 💜
Unfortunately Lozza passed away this morning.. Her liver was severely damaged and after her passing, they did an xray and found she had other organs enlarged.
She was a unique case and she has baffled all of the hospital staff.
I thank them so much for doing everything they can for her and tried so hard to revive her but it was too late for her..
I don't know if the other clinic is at fault or not, but I honestly tried so hard for her. For 2 years when her issues flared up, I did everything I could for her...
Due to going through so much heartbreaks and surrounded by a lot of death, both family and pets, I will not own any more birds and my focus will be only on Percy. Of course if a bird is injured or if a loss pet comes along, I will do everything I can to help them and if they have no home to go to, I will without a doubt, take them in, because thats the kind of person I am. However, I will not actively seek for a new pet member for a long time...
This picture and video was from yesterday when I went to visit her. I had a feeling it was the last time I saw her, I'm glad I went..
