Snow day vibes 🥞 Fluffy banana pancake stack (in bed of course) while reading Joanna’s Home Body, with my favorite ginger @yogitea. I could use about 10 more of these days!
Here’s the recipe for two servings:
•1 cup rolled oats
•2 ripe bananas (I reserved a few slices for topping)
•1/2 cup almond milk
•1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•dash of cinnamon
•pinch of salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Heat a non-skillet over medium heat, and pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan. Flip once golden brown and repeat with remainder of batter.
3. Top with remaining banana slices, maple syrup, almond butter, or toppings of your choice! #whiskedaway
