•Like a home, the charming glasshouse has cookbooks lined up on shelves, and cozy cushions all around. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you a great view of the outside world, overlooking a landscaped garden.
•Enjoy the best of German cuisine, inspired by childhood memories, family recipes and the twin chefs’ years of travelling experience. At one point of the dining experience, you can even browse their hand-written recipe books.
•Choose from 3 sections of the glasshouse to enjoy your dining experience - living room, winter garden or kitchen. I always recommend the kitchen! Dining at the chef’s table was fun - you get a more interactive, intimate and first-hand view of the activities in the kitchen.
•Ranked as No. 4 in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 #asia50best (a list voted by an influential group of more than 300 leaders in the restaurant industry across Asia, each selected for their expert opinion of Asia’s restaurant scene.). Steamed Fresh Flowery Crab with Aged Shaoxing Wine, Fragrant Chicken Oil, and Flat Rice Noodle
One of the greatest thing I've ever eaten. A true example of a "f*ck me" dish. I can't begin to describe how complex the balance of flavour of this dish. Top quality flower crabs is steamed to perfection with all of the crab fat and protein not leaking out. The perfect emulsion of chicken fat and crab liquor is accented with the slight bitterness of Shaoxing wine. And best of all was the noodle, absorbing all of the insane sauce. Magnificent cuisine 😭
