I’ve been on a slow little trim down train for nearly 2 months now, and despite at times feeling like I haven’t seen any changes in my body, I know that isn’t true! I’ve definitely lost some stomach fat, and my legs have slimmed down a lot, but it’s only been 7 weeks, and slow and steady wins the race 🐢 and so I’m not expecting to see huge changes in such a short amount of time! I’m hoping to have a lost a bit more body fat for my birthday in a months time, but so far I’m really happy with how it is going 💛✨

 2⃣ Incline bench press | 4 sets x 6-8 reps
 3⃣ Overhead cable tricep extensions | 4 sets x 10 reps
 4⃣ Incline pushups | 4 reps x 10-12 reps
 5⃣ Bench press | 4 sets x 6-8 reps

  • •CONFIDENCE•
When we look our best we feel our best. When we are happy with our lives it shows. I am not perfect by any means and I do not try to portray myself as perfect, I know I am from it. That is okay! I don’t want to be perfect but I do want to be the best version of myself . I am at a point in my life where I took a little bit too much time off from the gym because of the snow and then just continued to not go 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I ate VERY poorly and now my body is paying for it . I have put on a little weight, a little more than I have wanted . I am not confident like I used to be. So here is to getting back on track and NOT falling off again. Here is to treating my body like a temple NOT a garbage can. Here is to getting that confidence back and NOT losing it. 
I had a great leg day last night and I am thankful I went !! Happy Tuesday everyone !! ❤️❤️❤️ Code ALY saves $$ @strongphysiquez
