HAPPY HUMP DAY 🍑 And I actually did train those glutes today and it was a pretty intense one 😅 If you seen my previous posts I have mentioned that I be bumping up my calories in order to put on more muscle tissue! I have gotten to a stage where I was happy with my body fat %(check out my 4 weeks transformation post 🧐) so it was a good time to start ‘bulking’ 🥜 Because it’s my first time doing it properly I am following a reverse diet approach - where I am slowing increasing my calories in order to minimize the fat gain (which will come with increasing muscles 🤷♀️) I’m interested in how my body will respond and what results I can achieve ✅ Let’s do itttttt!
What makes you push harder?
Who inspires you?
Where are you in 5 years from now?
I keep asking myself these 3 questions now and then.
I notice my answers are different from time to time.
Because the progress is not a straight line to follow.
Every single day I have to make choices and with every choice there is several outcomes.
The most important thing for me is that I always have control and comfort in what I do.
I want to feel I’m building up something to be proud of, not only now, but also later in life.
Never forget who you truly are, because your soul and your heart always know what’s best for you 🔥
Mid-week, made it! Wooooot!
I’m actually happy because it #nationalloveyourpetday and I got to get out in the beautiful day with my best, sweetest, fuzzy, handsome fur baby. I wuv my pup! ❤️ swipe for puppy love
One of my patients tells a story about following staff and then telling them he’s following his dreams, right now I’m doing that with my career and I love it, but with 12-14 hour shifts on the regular and the occasional 24hour shift my other dreams are hard to follow, but at any given chance, I take my opportunities to train.
Couple hours of sparring with @joffie_h my first proper sparring session in a year and then gym work on some tempo strength, before heading back to work.
Everyone should take every opportunity they can to further themselves and be happy. .

Apologies guys and dolls short and sweet content but it’s coming back just want to give you abit off insight to areas when training back.
If you train parts of your back you should ideally do pull exercises from your head and in front of you...
💪 The most important thing when targeting lats , is to pull from above your head keep your elbow inline with your torso, Lats cannot be divided into upper/middle/lower.
When your working your lats ( Latissimus dorsi) you are working all parts of the muscle that is what will give you the much wider back.
💪 All row movements - will involve your middle traps , your traps are divided into three parts - The upper traps raise your scapula , the middle traps contract, the scapula and the lower traps help pull the scapula down.
This movement will target your Upper traps.
Again you can target every main muscle group within the back and guarantee growth I like to superset , I’ll post a full back workout next week when my strength is back up there !....
