  • heading down to SD ❤️ in a couple days for another conference before I’m off abroad for conferences for a few weeks 🤙🏻 here’s what I’m doing to stay on track! At least for SD haha abroad (Portugal, Morocco, Egypt & Monaco) will be another story. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Prep on the road 👇🏻
1. Drinking lots of water
2. Researched grocery stores around the area before hand so I can pick things up. 👌🏻 (also packing meals to travel with)
3. Bringing my food scale & containers
4. Planning my meals before hand to make sure I hit my food intake. Bc idk about you but at conferences I can go all day without eating! 
5. Looked up gyms around the SD Conference Center / hotel. Not a huge fan of hotel gyms normally but they work!! 6. And lastly having fun with it bc it should be fun

If you want to get it done, plan for it and do it. I’ll try to record some of it for y’all :) gotta doooo what you gotta doooo.

  • The concept of "diets" and "dieting" is a load of shit! Normally when someone says there on a "diet" it means that they are eating fuck all food in an attempted to lose fat, sounds like a smart move but most people that "diet" end up loosing a load of water weight, most of there hard earned muscle and a little bit of fat if there lucky and then when they come off that "diet" they end up putting on more weight than they have lost, theeeeenn by doing that they have damaged there methobolism even further which means it will be even harder for them to lose fat when they repeat the exact same shit they done the first(or 10th) time again, resulting in somebody being skinny fat, u know when you see someone that look skinny but they carry a lot of fat and not much muscle at all? Yeah that. .
Please get this into your head, "dieting" is NOT good for you, get out of that mindset!!!
Instead focus on your performance in the gym, staying hydrated and filling your body full of good nutrient dense foods. .
Red meat, fish, full fat dairy, whole eggs, potatoes, some fruit, some vegetables (not a shit load). For fat loss you just have to focus on the amount you eat and trust me its a LOT more than you think! .

  • 💥💥LOWER BACK STIFFNESS 💥💥
Lower back feeling tight? Here’s an easy mobility flow to get things moving in the right direction 📈
—
1️⃣ Childs pose - with knees apart and feet together, rock back into the heels and stretch the arms above the head. Helps to open up the hip joints and stretch the muscles of the lower back
—
2️⃣ Lat/QL stretch - these muscles run down the side of the body. In child’s pose, move one hand across to the other hand and reach away from you. You should feel the stretch down the side of the torso
—
3️⃣ Cat/Cow - in a four point kneeling position, round the back out and look down towards your own belly button. Then extend the back and extend the head up to the ceiling. This gets the joints moving freely and teaches us pelvic tilting, important for maintaining upright sitting and standing posture

4️⃣ Extensions - lie on the floor with hands under the shoulders. Keeping the hips down, push through the arms and arch the back. Helps get the joints of the lower back to extend, and reverses all the slouched sitting that you do throughout the day

This circuit should take roughly 5 minutes - a fantastic way to start and end the day, getting the lower back moving freely and improving our muscular flexibility. 🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️

  • Today we posted up on the putting green to do the absolute classic 100 puts. We have the NCI coming up on March 2nd and 3rd and we have not put the time in on the putting green! So definately need to get that dialed in. The NCI is 3 rounds at milo. Its gonna be real rough unless we put in some WORK between now and then, haha
