I’ve heard stories of the mountains being blanketed in clouds for weeks, the wind so strong you’re unable to walk around town. When you get a good weather window in Patagonia you don’t mess around, you take advantage. Thus, It has been go go go since arriving in the tiny mountain town of El Chalten. Seven of eight days spent in the mountains. Nearly perfect, unreasonably good weather. I’m feeling exhausted and a little bit sick. The weather has finally taken a turn for the worst. For once in my life I can say I’m thankful for that. Taking the next couple days to reflect and let my mind catch up to the incredible things I’ve seen through my eyes.

Who needs a social life when you have dogs, Netflix and a fridge full of food 🤷🏻♀️😬
Guysssss. I REALLY miss hiking with the dogs 😣 we often get messages saying things along the lines of “wow I wish I had your life! You’re always doing such fun stuff with your dogs”
Reality check: I’m nearly 8 months pregnant now and have had health complications along the entire way. Putting my health first means I haven’t been able to take the dogs for a real hike really at all during my pregnancy, especially in the last few months. It really kills me but at least Ty is able to do fun stuff with them still, and thankfully I have LOTS of pictures banked up, or I take the odd few in our backyard 😋
So we may look like we lead this ultra adventurous life but remember social media often paints a pretty picture 🎨🏔

Happy Sunday! Swipe to see the behind the scenes photos. Logan isn't always perfect for photos 😂 you can see the impatience in his face in the first photo because all he wanted to do was play with the branches. I try to pull out the camera when he's all tired out, but it seems like getting to that point is getting tougher and tougher.
An update / some good news is that he has been getting better when encountering strangers on hikes! We have been using positive reinforcement every time he starts to bark and growl at people by giving him lots of pets, good treats, or distracting him with a ball (thanks @murray_thegsd for the tip!). I think he will always be alert and suspicious by nature, but he's beginning to understand that not everyone is a threat. He's a little difficult to understand because he doesn't bark and growl at every person we encounter on hikes, just some. Urban settings are usually fine too.
At this point, I believe it's just a matter of repetition and exposure, but we will keep you posted on his growth ☺️ we love seeing him run freely on hikes, but since he's very alert, he has had to kept on a leashed lately. Our goal for him to be able to hike off leash in permitted areas!
We are all here to experience what it's like to be human, with all its emotions, challenges, growth and evolvement🌌
We are in this together and we need each other🤗🙌❤🌐
We are One Conciousness living many lives simultaneously and one day we will be able to see and comprehend it fully🙏🌌❤
I wish for unity, peace and Love for all of us and I will do my part and keep spreading Light, Knowledge and Healing positive vibrations everywhere I go🧚♀️🧝♀️💓💓💓
Stay in the Light!🤗❤🌠

Just the type of weekend I needed. Some road closures forced us to go with plan B, which ended up being a pretty good plan and working out beautifully. Had so much fun laughing, relaxing, exploring and just enjoying life with a great group of people this weekend. Even if it was colder than we thought, and even if I still have cactus in my ass, it was just what I needed. Thanks @dyellab@girlandhusky@madibiggz@502martin@carl15wm and one more for a great weekend.

And now for another picture from my "picnic tables on the edge of the world" series. It was too windy to really sit and enjoy the view for long but even just a couple minutes was enough to give me my fix 💉😜. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Does anyone know where this front range (and very easily accessed) picnic table is?

Roaring down the mountain, they're calling on the fire brigade” 🎧
Pura Tirta Empul is a water temple where Balinese Hindus go for ceremonies and ritual purification. it’s a place that holds so much special energy.
while we encourage everyone to visit Bali at least once in their lifetime, you can also do your own ritual purification at home—you can do this while meditating, taking a bath, journaling, setting up a space for an altar, going all #KonMari , or dedicating some time to give yourself an at-home facial. and Sunday is a perfect day for all of the above!
whatever way you decide to purify, just remember to reflect, release, and relax 🧘♀️🍃💆♀️
