  • Repost!! This was a chocolate peanut butter cake that I did a while back! I look back at these videos and like to think I’m improving, both quality of the cake and video. Since then, I’ve upgraded my tools and that was a game changer!!
-I got a ateco cast iron turn table, which was probably the best decision ever! I got it on amazon for $50
- I got 2 new spatulas, one off set and smaller, and one straight. Both @wiltoncakes brand -And finally, I have a @cakesafe acrylic scraper and it’s the 💣!

СИННАБОНЫ С КОРИЦЕЙ

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:
Для теста:
510 гр. муки
240 мл. молока
2 яйца
3 ст.л. сахара
1 ч.л. соли
30 гр. живых дрожжей
60 гр. сливочного масла комнатной температуры(1)
10 г корицы
150 гр. коричневого сахара
100 гр. сливочного масла(2)
Для заливки:
200 гр маскарпоне
2 ст.л молока
150 гр сахарной пудры

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:
1. Готовим тесто. В большой миске смешайте муку и сливочное масло(1), до состояния крошки. Всыпьте все сухие ингредиенты: дрожжи, сахар и соль. Перемешайте. Добавьте яйца и влейте молоко! Лопаткой перемешайте до однородности. Получится достаточно липкое тесто.
2. Выложите тесто на рабочую поверхность, и по методу Бертине, поддевая с двух сторон руками, отбивайте тесто об стол, насыщая воздухом! Постепенно, минуты через 3-4 тесто начнет становиться плотнее и перестанет липнуть к рукам! Вымешивать минут 10! Скатать тесто в шар, поместить с миску, накрыть пленкой и отставить в сторону на час-полтора!

  • Fry bake | Do you make your bakes round or triangular? This is the perfect breakfast, especially with sardines, saltfish, sauteed vegetables, any kind of choka, and of course curry 🤤. My kids love it with peanut butter and jelly! Recipe link in profile.

  • This weekends project, a cake for my Aunt’s birthday. When first proposed I make a cake I had a similar albeit a much simpler recipe in mind. The more I thought about it, the more I kept searching through different variations of the same flavors. Raspberry and lemon 🍋, two of my favorite flavors. I landed on this recipe from @lifeloveandsugar and knew instantly it was the one. Far and away more ambitious than my first plan and never mind it used techniques I’d never tried before, for example frosting a smooth cake with buttercream or frosting a smooth cake period. I wanted it to be this one. @beardedbaker11 This is the second cake. The first was a total failure 🤦‍♀️. I decorated this one a bit differently than the recipe called for too. Mostly to try to hide my not quite so perfect edges 😂 I’m quite proud of my efforts even though when I look at it, all I see are the areas that need improvement. There was a moment during the first cake when I thought wth have I gotten myself into but I kept at it and in the end got a cake that I can be proud of 😁 #bake #bakinglove #nevergiveup #lifeloveandsugar
