LET’S TALK FLORALS (and no, not sponsored). To save money, many will recommend to go minimal on florals! If minimal florals it’s YOUR style and fits YOUR theme, then 500% do it! With some weddings, minimalism is soo fitting and gorg. You can also cut costs with mixing faux florals with real! However, for me & my vision, florals sat at the top, second to food! If you know me, you know that I just love things that are “visually full”. It’s difficult to make an open, outdoor space look that way but @petalsla BLEW me away, going above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. I walked away from our mock up meeting not knowing what to expect since we changed almost EVERYTHING. But holy cow, I honestly did not expect to see what I did that morning and was nearly in tears when I saw all the florals installed. Saco and his team are truly ONE OF A KIND. The florals easily ended up being my favorite aesthetic element of our wedding. So if you’re into florals, spend the money on them! It will be worth it in the end! Do what makes you happy!
Here are some my favorite detail shots of our florals from our wedding (escort wall, alter/sweetheart table (front & back), guest dinner setting). Also sorry! Idk why the photos turned out grainy and blurry :( #jesstytheknot

Happy Monday! I’m seriously jealous of those of you lucky people that had the day off today! I didn’t, but that’s all good. I was staring at these two beautiful people all day, editing the photos from Saturday’s engagement session! This was definitely one of my favorite sessions to date! It wasn’t perfect (the wind was insane and not pictured is the memorial service that showed up 15 minutes into our session and happened to be taking place about 10 feet to the left) but it was super fun hanging out and getting to know Kelsey & Anthony and now I cannot wait for their wedding day in June!
