Can’t beat Throwback Thursday with Lincoln racing Gio with the sleds. Lincoln was about 2 years old, showing Gio what was up at the old barn! Great gym, great memories, great people. Now Lincoln is seven and smashing weights and Gio is a PA state trooper. Proud of both these dudes.
