Decided to put up an exercise I’ve been doing for patellar tendinitis. Slant board eccentrics really suck, but build up your slow twitch muscle fibers. In short I’m trying to make my knees more stable and pain free because I’ve been dealing with pain for quite some time. Thank you @fox_in_socks18 for the recommendation!

Specifically FREE TESTOSTERONE is the amount of testosterone AVAILABLE FOR USE in your bloodstream. If you're a male this number is extremely important. I'm not one to chase numbers in labs and prefer to assess symptoms and THEN evaluate numbers. In any case, this number is far more important than total testosterone, so if you've been checking your test levels with only total testosterone you need to dig a little further and check free testosterone as well!! Males, this number needs to be at least 20.0 pg/mL, so if you're UNDER this number, feeling horrible, and a physician says you're fine (or they don't test it at all) think again and find a physician who specializes in hormone assessment and optimization.
