YA’LL! I’m CRYING! Look at what losing 60 pounds can do!
Left: 420 lbs. Right: 360 lbs.
This is the same shirt but look how baggy it is in the second picture! My body is changing and I’m so thankful for the hard work I’m doing. 💪🏼 Other people may be ashamed to be 360 lbs but I’m proud because I FOUGHT to get here!

We decided to get in the same boat, roaming in the same direction without knowing the way, but we are together. We got all sort of judgements during the way, but we knew, you and me, that we were doing what feels right to us. If life is meant to be lived according to people's opinions why would we ? We passed through challenges and we tried to deal with it as soon as we can, all this to say that we were creating since day 1, strong foundations in our couple. What counts is to be here, you around my arms, feeling your breath, caring about our well being. I remember you to say that we can't advice people to go for their dreams if we don't do it ourseleves. That what we are doing, going for our dreams. We have been called "crazy", "traditionalists", "too young", "dreamers", we told us a thousand times to get "A real job" but we didn't see it this way. What we live is more than real, and we know it. We decided to share our journey together, to show everyone that this is not complicated, everyone can do it, prove is, we are doing it. You were a student and I was stopping my job we started from scratch, we also had no followers but we just jumped. For the love of our passion, for the passion between you and me. It just requires one thing : love.
Due to recent events and spirit of coming together for love. We have decided to merge Instagram accounts. My brother and I have fought over this for a while. But we think we look better together. #love#cuddles#bettertogether#sharethelove

Look what I found!!! Caramel @premierprotein is back in stock at Sam’s! I’m so happy! 🙌🏼
Sherri took a chance and said yes to program! Here’s her story 👇: “So just WOW...the picture on the left ⬅️ popped up in my photo app showing “Portraits of 2018”. And oh I cringed seeing myself from last April. 😖 I don’t see pictures of myself every day so seeing this picture was very hard to look 👀 at. But I have to because it’s a reminder of the old me and how the new me won’t ever go back to that place. ➡️ Now I’m a whopping 8️⃣5️⃣ pounds less (started 6/30/18) and my life has completely changed. I used to be hopeless and now all I want to do is pass this Hope onto others to let them know they can do it just like I did. You just have to take the steps 👣 and make a choice to take back your life like I did. 💕” #optimalhealth#healthyliving#letsdothis#choosehealth#healthcoachlife#bettertogether#positiveMindset#healthylife#healthybody#healthymind
Broiled seafood and a plain baked potato for dinner. I'm estimating it at 9sp total for the potato and small amount of white wine to broil the seafood. Not bad for navigating through a bbq restaurant. Everyone else at the table had some kind of pulled something and mac n cheese. I used a whole 2 weeklies today so I could enjoy a built bar for dessert. 😉😂 well spent!
Love Indian Food, but it's hard to find a healthy version. This one is lightened up, but still has some great flavors of the cuisine.
Ground Turkey and Zucchini with Indian Spices
From: The Lemon Bowl
1 medium onion diced
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic minced
1 red bell pepper seeded and diced
1 large zucchini diced
1 tablespoon ginger minced
1 tablespoon lemon grass minced, optional
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne optional
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup tomato sauce low sodium
1/2 cup diced scallions
Heat a deep skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Sautee onions until tender, about 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add ground turkey and salt. Cook until turkey is half-way cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Stir in bell peppers, zucchini, ginger, lemon grass, cumin, smoked paprika, garam masala, cinnamon, cayenne and allspice. Saute until veggies are tender, about 8-9 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for additional 5 minutes or until everything is cooked through and tender.
Sprinkle with scallions right before serving.
Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
Don't worry if you're missing an ingredient or specific spice. Use this as a rough guide and adapt with what you have on hand.
