When it's comes to fitness and be healthy, you shouldn't think for a sec..investing in ur heath will never disappoint you. You got one body, it's damn important to take care of yourself.
But if you are a person who get bored with monotonous routine or going gym daily so here is some thing you can try to make your fitness routine more fun.. .
1- Listen your fav music while working out it will boost you. .
2- Workout Indore and outdoor both.
3- Go for long walk or Cycling or Swimming, you will enjoy doing it and good for lil bit change frm ur daily routine.
4- Try to find a workout partner, if two people do workout together it became more interesting👯.
5- Play your favorite sport, Badminton, Football, TT etc. .

Came back from Japan not too long ago, I miss it already. The culture, the food, the noise, and the people. Tomorrow, I leave for Cancun Mexico. This trip will give me some time to reflect back on the decisions I have made, the people I have met, and self improvment. 2019 is already going by too fast, make the best of it.
I used to get so much shame, and sometimes still do for sharing my transformations. Cause I’m “small already.” But I need you to know just cause I’m on the smaller side doesn’t mean I have all the confidence in the world. Or that I didn't used to pick apart my body in front of the mirror! Or that I don’t still have certain areas that bother me, and that I want to work on! Or that I don’t have stretch marks, cellulite, spider veins like the next girl! I DO! I’m just a girl trying to be real and raw. A girl who’s just trying to be the best version of herself despite not loving fitness, like at all! 😂 A girl who’s trying to inspire other babes like me to do the same! So from now on I refuse to hesitate when sharing my progress with you!
This is my 3 week transformation and I’m damn PROUD! My workouts are 30 minutes, my meal plan is easy AF, and I’m creating a balance in my life that hasn’t been there for a while! 🙌🏼🍟🥬 Anddddddd I actually found myself WANTING to work out! What the?! 😳That’s huge for me! #winning
