•Setting Achievable Goals•
Even before the New Year starts, we are all ready with a new set of resolutions and goals for ourselves, even when we know that waking up at 12 in the afternoon on 31st of December and then suddenly setting an alarm at 6.30 in the morning and planning to go for a jog on the 1st of January is impossible. Our body is not habitual to such sudden changes and we expect it to change in a day. and then as a week goes by, two weeks go by we give up! just like that! I wanted to put this out from the longest time now, that set achievable goals and resolutions. Take it easy on yourself and when you do this, you'll notice that you accomplish every goal you had set for yourself. And that will make you happy and ready for the next year. Repeat this process every year and I bet you, your life will transform. I have set a very few resolutions this year (3 to be precise) (there's no need to have a long list of goals and resolutions as well. don't be very hard on yourself.) One of my goals is to read 12 books in 2019 (meaning 1 book per month) and I've already finished 2 books and I'm so excited to read the third book now. If i finish reading 12 books even before the year ends I'll get to read more books! I'll be accomplishing more than what I had planned to accomplish. I'm not saying that don't 'dream big'. 'DREAM BIGGEST'. But in the process of achieving those dreams take ONE STEP AT A TIME.
