  • If you want to build lean muscle mass this year, do not be afraid to eat. Underrating is a serious issue so many of us face that then develops into a self destructive thing like a possible eating disorder that makes you feel worse than you look. Don’t be afraid to put on a little bit of body-fat in order to pack on muscle. The goal isn’t to completely avoid weight gain, it’s to simply minimize it!
Here’s how I pack on muscle mass without a lot of fat gain👇🏼
-Focused on a small caloric surplus daily of around 100-250 calories.
-Focused on a high protein diet of around 1-1.2g per lb of lean body mass.
-Focused on a flexible diet where I wouldn’t necessarily count my calories to the tee and weigh/track foods but would be calorically aware with my intake using common sense.
-Focused on absolutely crushing my weight training sessions in the gym by constantly progressing on my strength using heavy weights.
Remember that you need to focus on building a solid foundation of lean muscle mass in order to actually have something to show for.
