Balance is something I’ve been struggling with these days⚖️. Keeping up with school, Instagram, business, social life, and working out has been difficult but it’s keeping me quite busy🚨. ➖Training: 5 days a week with 2 rest days (one full rest day and one cardio only day)
➖Cardio: 5 days of 30 min stairmaster
➖Macros: Carb cycling—medium carbs on training days, low carb on rest days, and one weekly refeed. (I’m not going to share specifics because I don’t want anyone to copy what I’m doing and think it’ll work for them. My macros are very specific to my body)
