I had 👋🏼😔 I could write a book of off all rules, thoughts, anxiety I had for years. And I know how much quitting them can be REALLY hard at the beginning ! .
So many of my clients are stuck into this fear or carbs, fat, calories or whatever ! 🙅🏻‍♀️ 👎🏼 But the thing is, to be free from them the only solution is to BREAK them. They chose to trust me on that, and they never NEVER regret it ! ✨❤️

‼️ Because they start to see that, is was actually THOSE STUPID RULES & FEARS that was stopping them to make progress, and feeling worse and worse ... ‼️

That’s crazy when you think about it 🤷🏻‍♀️😫

Stop trying to constantly picking up from each new fad diet, and just go back to the basics. .
Stop feeling guilt or shame after eating certain type/amount of food ... .
Liberate yourself from this, stop deferred all decisions about how to care for your body to outside sources... Do what feels right for your body ! .
You know when you need to eat something in the evening because you didn't eat enough in the day. You know when you’re craving something sweet, that it’s simply your body that need fuel... instead of ignoring it and bingeing later...

  • ◼️Body/Goals Update◼️.

Update: feeling strong, confident & mentally really good lately. Yes I have bad days (like today). Yes I cry to unknown reasons & can feel anxiety creeping up on me still. However those days happen 1-2 x a month rather than 1-2 x a week. So that’s a win. .
I can see my body leaning out. Little ab-a-roos pop through in the morning. Quads are starting to show yet I’m still getting stronger. I feel fricking good & it took a long time to get here. .

What changed?
I started moving the way I WANT TO. I lift weights 3-4 days a week, I get really sweaty at least once, I toss in some cardio when I feel like it.
.
I improved my MENTAL HEALTH. I spent a lot of time fixing my thoughts. I trained myself to point out what I LOVE about my body rather than what I want to change. I stop myself dead in my tracks when something negative comes into my head. I acknowledge the thought, change it to something positive & move on. (Ex. I wish my legs were smaller 👉🏻 My legs are powerful & strong. I’m thankful they keep me moving every day). I started living my body more, realizing everything it does for me & how all it’s trying to do is keep me alive.

We should be really thankful for that. Like REALLY thankful. .
I started practicing gratitude more. For my health, my life, my job, my body, my family, my house, my dog, etc. etc.

Spend some time on your mental health & watch your whole life change.🧠.

Goals: Be strong, healthy & happy. Continue to strengthen my lifts, grow my peach & shoulders. STRETCH MORE. Focus on how I feel rather than the scale. Keep training the way I like to train not what’s “cool” or “on trend. This means lifting heavy things, sweating it out @champsboxingyeg & working on my handstands. .
Continue to live MY best life despite what they may look like for other👊🏼.

  • I have been used and thrown around alot recently. I have just become used to it. But no. No matter the pain and everything I'm going through, I will keep a smile on my face. Why, you ask? Because I know that one day I will look back at this and find all of this childish anyways. I will keep smiling through everything. All this will soon be over thank goodness ❤
