  • For the past 10 days I’ve been vigilantly following my diet. The difference between how I ate before and now is very small. I just started to control every piece and sip and started writing everything in a diary. That's all ! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I don’t follow a crazy protein diet, because health is more important for me than the layer of fat and I don’t do a lot of cardio because I don’t want to overtrain and lose muscle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My fat is efficiently burned with the workouts from my Fitness Guides and Instagram, and my muscles get only stronger.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the morning I have an oat pancake or a bowl of oatmeal, some rice with protein and vegetables for lunch, eggs, nuts and Greek yogurt to snack on. In the evening I eat soups, vegetables and some protein. Nothing extreme at all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The only difference is that I’m not eating everything that comes across between my meals and I reduced the consumption of fruit from 3 to 1 per day. I eat from 1300 to 1800 kcal per day depending on the intensity of my workouts and I always write down everything I eat so that the nutrition is under control.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Twice a week I train my booty with a barbell and dumbbells of 10 kg, 3-4 times a week I do my home workouts. I always have 1-2 days off per week from workouts :) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Probably in February I will have make my diet stricter a little in order to get my last fat, but for now I don’t want to think about it

  • In January of last year I was almost 300 lbs .. and couldn’t walk up the 10 steps in my house without taking a break due to severe pain in my knees and lower back. 
Today, just over a year later I did a HIIT workout on the beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica. 
SO what I’m saying is, your current situation is NOT your final destination 💕💪🏾 #happysaturday

When things didn’t seem possible for me, they never were. Most of the time it’s only our mind stopping ourselves from most of the things we want to accomplish. 🗣

I was trying to pull myself out of a very sunken place. I had gotten dangerously skinny due to stress, toxic relationships, and a poor stress-starve mentality. I remember being in this warehouse that day - getting ready to do a photo shoot to attempt to find confidence somewhere inside of me. It was a miserable day. I look back at that girl now and I just apologize to her over and over again for not protecting her energy, not loving herself, and not fighting for what truly made her happy. That girl is not me anymore, but I still love her. Way more now then I ever did then. 💕 .

Headed to the hot tub with a man who adores me, respects me and supports me. Something I didn’t know if I’d ever have. 175 lbs solid lol (and a little fluffy), but happy, truly happy, confident, not perfect, and not trying to be, & in a loving relationship with myself. There isn’t anything you could tell me, say to me or do to me that would ever change that. GRATEFUL 🌱 .

  • #10yearschallenge 🙃 genau 10 Jahre liegen zwischen den beiden Fotos, wo ist die Zeit hin??? Es ist zwar sehr viel passiert, mein Leben hat sich um 180 Grad gewendet würde ich sagen, trotzdem kommt es mir manchmal vor als wäre das alles gerade erst passiert. Der Moment als ich zum ersten Mal Mama wurde, mein kleines Würmchen 👶🏼 in den Armen hielt und nächsten Monat wird er schon 10 und ist fast so groß wie ich ☺️ die Geburten meiner Kinder waren in den letzten 10 Jahren definitiv die prägendsten und schönsten Momente für mich 🤰🏼💕

Everyone keeps asking for progress photos but, to be honest, I really didn't like seeing the extra weight in my face, arms, legs and everywhere in between. ---------
This pregnancy has been hard, both mentally and physically.🤰 --------- From losing weight due to severe "morning" sickness in the 1st trimester, to debilitating migraines in the 2nd, I'm now faced with even bigger hurdles in the 3rd. This week I was not only diagnosed with gestational diabeties but also found out my severe back pain is due to an inflamed kidney - a result of a large, impassable kidney stone. This has forced me to deal with daily testing and a scheduled surgery a mere three weeks after my due date. With no relief in pain (or cupcakes!) in site until the procedure, these next 10 weeks feel like an eternity.

With all of this, I've come to the realization that the body of moms-to-be are pretty badass. Despite all of the hardships my body has faced, it continues to grow a strong, ninja kicking bean that has successfully hit every required milestone during each doctor visit. So, fuck it. I may have gained a double chin in the process, but I deserve to post an obligatory "basic bitch" bump photo.

10 different work outs, you only can stop on increments of 5. 
Like 5,10,15,20

There’s NO Water breaks until you hit 100 and once you begin your set, you cannot change the set weight unless you’re increasing it.. who’s up for it?!🗣🏋🏾

  • After a solid good leg workout🤳#selfie Nothing better than weekend lifting🤘🏻👊🏻 Exited to try and figure out new ways of working out with less weights while not compromising the muscle growth.

I have always lifted heavy, 8-12 reps range as that is the way you scientifically build muscle, but it seems I can’t fight my maker and I need to start working out smarter not to injure myself and cause more pain due my small imperfections in my built.

This has forced me to brake the plateau I’ve had for several years and helped me to improve my workouts and even enjoy them more ( if that’s human possible as I loooooove working out😍🙏)

She is 25, she is a teacher and she is an entrepreneur. She RUNS HER OWN business helping others feel good and eat healthy. .

2.5 years ago she reached out to me through a friend looking for a Healthy breakfast option that was quick and convenient. She was a dancer and dancing and working out more hours a week than the average person exercises. .

She immediately saw an increase in energy, jumped on a full program and got amazing results dropping body fat and feeling more confident. .

1 month after she started her nutrition plan she was heading into summer break and suddenly found out she was not going to receive a check all summer. That’s when it all changed!

She turned to me and asked about the business opportunity and began sharing her results with others and quickly started earning an additional income by simply sharing with people what she did and how they do the same. .

You don’t have to be a doctor. You don’t have to know all about nutrition. You just have to want to change and want to help others change and feel amazing!!! .

  • It’s been more than a year since I started this journey. Honestly I cried a lot, I thought about giving up a billion times, but I didn’t. This battle is you vs you. I knew I wanted to do this for me so even if a part of me was telling me to stop everything and give up, I didn’t because I became stronger mentally. I was determined and I still am. Yes, there is a big physical change between the two pictures but my mentality also changed. I was not confident in my body and I was hiding my body and myself! Now, I’m not hiding anymore and my confidence is still growing. I am so thankful to all the progress I’ve made over time. I decided to jump into this craziness for me and I don’t regret it at all. The road was and it’s still bumpy because even if you want to have control on everything, sometimes you can’t and it’s okay. It’s okay to let go sometimes. I can’t wait to push my limits even harder! I’ve never thought I would be in the shape I am today so if you really want something, work hard and you will get it. Nothing is impossible, you just have to believe in yourself 🌈
