  • I had my first seminar for my on-line training members and we covered so many important fat burning strategies.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are a few points that might help you....
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 - Go to bed early and wake up early, you need at least 6 to 8 hours per night depending on your daily hustle! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 - Eat 5 to 6 small meals daily, this could mean 3 meals and 2 small snacks like a protein shake or a piece of fruit depending on your personal goals!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 - Eat breakfast everyday. I know fasting is all the rage today but I still say eating a healthy breakfast is one of the best way to improve your health and stay of mind! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 - Eat a balanced healthy diet. Stop with the drastic dieting and just eat whose real food. Just mindful of the quantity. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5 - Minimize simple sugars. This is a big one, the sugar you should be consuming is from real fruit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6 - Drink 48 to 64 ounces of water per day
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7 - Take mini walks after eating. I thing 10 walks are the best. het do this 3 times per week that 30min of cardio a day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8 - Get some physical activity every day. Walk, swim, workout, ride a bike just MOVE thats the important thing. Remember you are not a tree, go and enjoy life! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
9 - Do at least 2 cardiovascular workouts and 2 strength workouts per week. If you don't use you will lose it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
