I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal stuff but have came out of that slump stronger than ever with a more clear vision for the future.
I’ve learned to stop overthinking and taking things so seriously, especially on social media. This is a platform to inspire and share my passions and I will be bringing my best content to do just that.

1) try to own my headstand by minimizing how much I can help with my arms. Tried getting into this with only index fingers and almost snapped off a digit. Peace sign fingers were enough.
2) close grip neuro pushups with feet on desk. Slow, sexy and Barry White smooth.
3) Been wanting to get leg over shoulder for long time. And be more lizard 🦎 like with my crawls. Getting DEEP with this one on the yoga blocks. #sohard#sodeep#bodyweighttraining#convictconditioning#fitness#pipeline#gym#headstand#neurogrips#calisthenics

Sunday morning recovery consisting of fasted cardio (swimming) and stretching followed by this low carb breakfast feast. I always make sure I allow at least 1 day a week to sleep in and do some self care. What better day than a Sunday! ☺️
