我們的 [月圓靜心冥想及復修瑜伽] 都變了最有默契的約定,雖然正日在19/2,但我們將會在這星期日的時後,來個集體冥想,好讓每月都清理一下自己的情緒。

二月的滿月,也是 2019 年的最強的超級滿月 (supermoon),它將幫助我們發揮潛力和我們周圍的可能性,它也將打開廣闊的視野,並激發我們開放的思想和心靈,超越當前的現實。

在物理層面上,這個滿月也可能會讓你的健康成為焦點。如果你沒有照顧好自己,或者你一直忽視任何揮之不去的症狀,那麼這個滿月的行動是很重要的。

那是什麼行動呢?
自我保健一直是相當重要的,在這個滿月時刻,我們必須要注意,並儘可能地照顧我們的身體。其中很大一部分是要練習自愛,無論如何要接受我們的身體,即使我們面臨疾病或不舒服。

15 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)⁣⁣
▶️ 300m run ⁣⁣
▶️ 20 air squats⁣⁣
▶️ 20 push ups (which apparently I wanted to edit out most of my body 🙃)⁣⁣

I completed 4 1/2 rounds 👊🏻 Click save, give it a go and let me know what you’ve got!

  • Want better abs? Then you absolutely have to start performing kettlebell windmills regularly 👊🏻⁣

The technique HAS to be spot on, so follow these steps and you’ll get STRONG 💪🏻⁣
⁣
▶️ Strong press… people get ahead of themselves and start to move before their arm reaches lockout.⁣
⁣
▶️ Eyes up. Stare at that kettlebell throughout the whole rep⁣
⁣
▶️ Turn your feet in the direction you intend to bend. The human pelvis won’t allow you to bend sideways so open up those hips⁣
⁣
▶️ Hand on your leg (optional slap) - this is going to help guide you with depth control⁣
⁣
▶️ SLOW! ⁣
⁣
▶️ Keep that arm holding the kettlebell vertical THROUGHOUT the whole rep⁣
⁣
Start light, build up in weight each week because this bad boy is challenging 💪🏻
