I did ballet for 9 years before giving it up. It was one of the hardest decisions I ever made. I had dedicated all my time to dancing and was falling behind in school and had to decide between becoming a dancer or furthering my studies at 15. I picked the latter and haven’t looked back since.

But - no matter how old I get, dance will always be a part of me.

Fully immersed in @nickcaveart's art exhibition: UNTIL; particularly the Kinetic Spinner Forest! At this moment, all I could think of was how pretty this installation is and that I could totally watch these things spin and reflect off the walls all day! But as I read more about it, I was even more mind blown! —

It's a lazy saturday. He was watching some documentaries and reading up on black holes. He was reading it with so much interest. I asked him what really is a Black Hole⚫? 🤔
Him: Do you know how the Sun🌞 works?
Me: What do you mean how the Sun works? Sun does not work. Only human does. Haha😆
Him: Well, how does it stay lit🔥? What makes the sun keep burning bright?
Me: Oh lord! I don’t know.🙄 Him: Ahh! You should understand how the Sun works. Hang on! Let me find a good documentary for you in Youtube. You know in 5 billion years, the sun will begin a helium-burning process.
Me: Nooooo!🤯🤯 I don’t wanna watch anything. I am not super smart to fathom the process.
I took the last week off to marry this handsome man ☺️ and took some time to celebrate on a much needed mini moon in Byron Bay but we are back on board and ready to go today!!
У нас был культурный выходной: начался в музее и закончился на празднике геев и лесбиянок, правда. Все понравилось!
Carriiageworks музей современного искусства привлек вот такой кричащей, яркой выставкой, не хотелось такое пропустить.
Американский художник Ник Кейв изощрялся в стенах музея как мог.
Кстати, здесь раньше находилось депо и атмосфера 19го века сохранилась в стенах здания. Везде можно увидеть железные постройки, укрепления, кирпичные стены.

“Is there racism in heaven?” | A crystal cloudscape looming above a kinetic spinner forest. Enchanting + mesmerising to eyes which crave all things shiny and pretty, but on closer inspection the dazzling forest is dotted with stark shapes; a teardrop, a handgun or a bullet. Nick Cave’s complex exhibition ‘Until’ conveys an urgent message, confronting issues of gun violence and racism in America and it’s effect on global communities.
