Früher bin ich meistens ohne Frühstück aus dem Haus, weil ich fast immer zu spät dran war. Durch Ayurveda habe ich erst erfahren, wie wichtig regelmäßige und achtsame Mahlzeiten sind und wie positiv sie sich auf den Körper und Geist auswirken. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Im Ayurveda gibt es für jede Konstitution unterschiedliche Empfehlungen bezüglich des Frühstücks. 
Generell gilt: Dein Frühstück sollte möglichst leicht & warm sein, denn zur Frühstückszeit herrscht Kapha vor. Das bedeutet, dass unsere Verdauung in dieser Zeit noch sehr langsam arbeitet. 
Sehr gut bekömmlich ist morgens zum Beispiel ein Porridge mit gedünstetem Obst. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Redefine what FITNESS means✔️

What is fitness? If you look it up in the Oxford dictionary, it will include these three definitions. Fitness means WAY more than what many people perceive it to be these days.
⬇️
Fitness is often thought of as being physically fit... even just looking physically fit. It has come to mean having a six pack or thin waist and looking the part.
⬇️
FITNESS is defined as way more than that. It includes both physical and mental aspects. It includes health and wellness. It includes being resilient and fit for life and all of its struggles in order to thrive. It includes being strong, prepared, and up for the task.
⬇️
Let’s go through the three definitions:
1️⃣ Bring physically fit and healthy: This is multifactorial. It isn’t just looking fit or being good at one thing. Maintaining mobility, developing strength, endurance, stamina. Having a healthy diet, a healthy lifestyle etc.
2️⃣ An organisms ability to survive and reproduce: This is what biological fitness encapsulates. Being fit for survival in this modern environment we have created. To develop resilience, strength and survival capacity as a human animal. We get so disconnected from the fact that humans are animals, but it is important to keep this in mind.
3️⃣ Being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task: Fit for the job, fit for the role, fit for the task at hand. Can you be relied upon? Being fit in this sense means developing reliability and taking on responsibility. Being up for the challenge and doing your part to the best of your abilities.

So what is fitness? Maybe we should start looking at it as a combination of all 3 definitions. Being fit for life goes way beyond looking fit. It is physical and mental. It is resilience and survival. It is thriving in whatever environment you are in. Are you fit?

Og så: skriv ned hvordan du ønsker å ha det- hvordan ser livet ditt ut den dagen du er fornøyd? Hvordan er drømmelivet ditt?  Skrive som om du allerede HAR det :) Hva må du gjøre for å begynne reisen på hvordan du vil ha det? Hva må endres? Hvordan må du endres? Hvilke ferdigheter og hva slags kunnskap må du utvikle for å komme deg dit? 
Du må ikke være misfornøyd der du er i dag, for å ønske en endring! 
Endringer trenger ikke være dramatiske heller! Å oppleve utvikling er for de fleste spennende og givende og gir motivasjon! 
Jeg snakker ikke om å si opp jobben, selge huset, bli veganer og indisk yogainstruktør i de dype skogene i India…. Det kan være det å utvikle seg til å bli sykt dyktig innen et felt på jobben (som du har hatt i 10 år og har tenkt å ha i de neste 10 årene). #utvikle
