  • I am by no means a boxer but that doesn’t mean that you cant add something a little bit different into you workouts. 
Some of the benefits of boxing can range from: 
1. Enhanced Cardiovascular Health
2. Improved Total-Body Strength
3. Better Hand-Eye Coordination
4. Decreased Stress
5. Improved Body Composition

I loved adding this into my training tonight as a warm up, I followed each 60 second set with a 20 second battle rope it was a killer.
