First meet in the books. Weighed in at a starving 162lb and managed to take 1st place in the 74 kg men’s open division with a 554kg total (~1219 lb)
Squat 205kg (452 lb)⚪️⚪️⚪️
Bench 132.5 kg (292.5 lb)⚪️⚪️⚪️
Deadlift 215 kg (474 lb)⚪️⚪️⚪️
Big thanks to @_nozalifts for handling my cards and convincing me to add more weight 😫. Went 9/9 in all my attempts. Should of went more on bench, oh well. I’m satisfied with my squat and deadlift tho. Went off my own plan and it worked out pretty well. No more counting calories for a while lol 🍽 time to put on some size again 💪🏼
This will really light up your abdominals 🔥🔥🔥 The regular dips i was used to doing and a lot of people do in the gym shift more of the load (your bodyweight) to the shoulders while having the intent of targeting chest mostly. Yea! We do lean forward to hit the chest but guess what, Try this one out ➡Keep your legs and toes pointed towards the ground. ➡On your descent, lower your torso by hinging forward. ➡Rise up by straightening up your posture
Today is chest, biceps, & Abs.
When I started about a month ago I was at 30lbs. That was somewhat challenging. Now I am at 50lbs 💪💪was moderate...I probably could have done 60lbs but I had other chest exercise I wanted to complete. Biceps I started at 30lbs bar. I am now curling 40lbs bar(about to move up to 50lbs), 20lbs dumbells.
