Regarding today's VEGAN BUDGET MEAL I put together a VEGAN CHILI SIN CARNE MEAL! You can also use whole wheat pasta or regular pasta instead of rice depends on what you prefer! Add some beans, sweet corn, bell peppers, and of course tomatoes and some chili sin Carne typical spices and herbs! Furthermore, you can add some soy chunks in order to get that 'real' chili sin Carne texture and flavor! Lastly, add a few slices of avocado to enhance the flavor! 😋🌱

Dal Messico alla Sardegna solo una cosa in comune...le spiagge 😁 ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ INGREDIENTI
1 peperone rosso
2 cipolle
1 scalogno
500 gr di carne di manzo tritata
2 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva
1 lattina di pelati da 400 gr
peperoncino in polvere q. b.
3 cucchiaini rasi di chili in polvere
5 gocce di tabasco
500 gr di fagioli rossi in scatola
sale q. b.
Mettete le cipolle nel boccale del Bimby sbucciate e tagliate a pezzi e lo scalogno ben pulito, tritateli per 5 sec a vel 7.
Aggiungete 2 cucchiai abbondanti di olio e fate un soffritto cuocendo il tutto per 3 min. 100° vel. 1.
Nel frattempo pulite il peperone, tagliatelo a metà e poi togliete i semi e i filamenti, tagliatelo a cubetti e unitelo nel Bimby con gli altri ingredienti.
A questo punto aggiungete anche la carne tritata e rosolate per 10 min. 100° Antiorario vel. 1.
Unite i pomodori pelati ben sgocciolati, il sale, il chili, il peperoncino e il tabasco e cuocete per altri 20 min. 100° Antiorario vel. 1.
Per ultimo aggiungere i fagioli rossi ben scolati e sciacquati dal liquido di conservazione, aggiustate di sale e poi cuocete ancora 5 min. 100° Antiorario vel. 1.
Dividete il chili con carne nei piatti di portata 🍲🍲🍲 e accompagnatelo con delle tortillas o come ho fatto io con dei crostini di pane nero integrale.
