Weekend is here. Let's roll baby but first let's eat something. Dinner is served!⠀
The macronutritients for this meal are: 525 calories - 35 P - 55 C - 18 F - 5 Fiber. Feel free to adjust to your personal needs.⠀
🍚 Cut the carbs by using cauliflower rice instead. Technically it's not rice, but it is a low carb, lower calorie substitute.⠀

The ingredients according to the macros are:⠀
- 150 gram chicken⠀
- 2 tomatoes⠀
- half an avocado⠀
- 50 gram wild rice (raw weight)⠀
- spices, black sesame seeds, homemade spicy sauce⠀
- infused water: juice and pulp of one grapefruit, sweetener of choice, sparkling water⠀
💦 FACT: If you suffer from frequent indigestion or just have an upset stomach on occasion, drinking sparkling water could help tame your tummy troubles.

Want a fun way to get your pizza on while still getting in more veggies? Try any of the options in the top row!

My personal favorite is the portobella pizza but all of these are great fun options you can make at home. Get crazy with it and add some fun toppings of choice! Info below:

Bell pepper pizza - 1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese + 2 broccoli florets.

Portable pizza - 1/2 Portabella mushroom cap, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, 2 basil leaves, 1 olive cut into slices.

Zucchini pizza boats - 1/2 zucchini, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mixed cheese, 2 cherry tomatoes.

Rice cake pizza - 1 rice cake, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 basil leaves, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese.

Pita pizza - 1 medium pita, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, 2 basil leaves + 3 cherry tomatoes.

Pizza pizza - Ordered from the doughroom in Culver City haha Because sometimes you can treat yo self to a damn real pizza.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮𝘀:

1 - Preheat oven to 350F.
2 - Scoop out the inside of the mushroom, bell pepper or zucchini boat (you can cook the bell pepper or zucchini in oven before adding toppings or add toppings then cook if you don’t need it well done. Mushroom you can add the toppings right away & cook) 
3 - Add 1/4 cup marinara, toppings & cheese
4 - Bake in oven for about 10 minutes then enjoy!

You can bake the pita & rice cake in oven or you can microwave xoxo.

It is HARD. Probably the hardest thing you will ever do is fight your eating disorder. And one of the most crucial things you have to do in order to heal, is that you have to let it go. ⁣

Scales, food scales, calorie counting apps, tape measures, etc. These are all things that are keeping you from fully healing. And I must be honest here, I haven’t let go of them all, but I am fighting my way through and trying as hard as possible. We must let go of this feeling of ‘control’. Because, are we really in control? Ask yourself that question. Is this really the definition of control?? ⁣

I think not. Because it is certainly not you who is in control. On the contrary, it is your ed. It is your ed trying to hold on to you in any possible way. And you need to SHAKE IT OFF!! As Taylor Swift would say... ⁣

  • I just read an article stating that according to research, people who eat more chocolate are less stressed... 🍫excuse me while I binge an entire bar of Melkesjokolade🇳🇴 ok that’s not 100% accurate, it’s actually the raw cacao in dark chocolate that is known to have positive effects on stress, inflammation, memory, mood, and even the immune system 🙌🏼 Now chocolate alone is not going to solve all your health problems 😅 but it does give you an excuse to #treatyoself #nursetiptuesday #balanceddiet

  • My knockoff Taco no Bell pizza 🤗 Believe it or not , this actually taste better than there Mexican pizza, and its lower in calories!  No shade @tacobell

  • My knockoff Taco no Bell pizza 🤗 Believe it or not , this actually taste better than there Mexican pizza, and its lower in calories! No shade @tacobell
