People always ask, which diet should I be following to get the best results. Paleo ? Low carb? Vegan? Keto? Intermittent fasting? Counting macros??
.
Wellllll honestly there isn’t really a wrong diet or right diet. Whatever works for you, and whatever you ENJOY doing, do it!! And stick to it!!
.
What I do, and what I teach my clients to do, is count their macros (protein, carbs, fat) and follow the 80/20 rule. Meaning, 80% of your diet comes from whole, healthy foods! Making sure you are getting in aaaalll those nutrients your body needs! And the remaining 20% can be anything you’d like, (cookies, always🤤). .
Since it’s not too restrictive, It gives you that wiggle room to eat out with your friends 😋 and fit in treats you enjoy everyday, which will help with cravings or potentially bingeing on the weekends!!

And eventually, once you learn how many calories and macronutrients are in all the foods you eat, you can start to eat intuitively!

I chased aesthetic goal after aesthetic goal, only to leave myself burned and just going through the motions. It always seemed like it was never enough. One day I’d wake up with abs or have a sweet shoulder pump... but shortly after the feeling is gone. Like a game of cat and mouse.

It wasn’t until I started really challenging my strength and competing in powerlifting that I really fell in love with being in the gym.
Now, I combine the best of both loves of strength and growing more muscle because lets be real, quadz are lyyfee! 🍗

I lift out of love. A love for the journey and full appreciation of what I’m capable of. I have never been happier and more comfortable in my own skin (no matter how it looks day to day).

I’ve seen SO MANY women going through the same vicious cycle (amiright). This is exactly why I have created the Feminine Strong Program 🖤
